We had an Indian sandstone patio laid about 8 years ago and whilst I had regularly used a power hose to clean it over the years it had become dull and stained. In the last couple of years it became covered in various placed with 'black spot' which could not be removed. I had another specialist come and have a look at it but he couldn't clear It when he tried to clean a small area. Ricky came with his specialist equipment and chemicals and he has totally transformed the patio and in doing so removed all of the blackspot. It really is back to its original glory in a way that I thought would be impossible. I would add that Ricky used a very strong chemical to achieve this but he used it with extraordinary care such that flowers that were growing in the cracks in the patio survived and the pond which adjoins the patio was totally unaffected. I really can't rate Ricky's work highly enough. I would not hesitate to recommend him and the exceptional service that he provides. I would add that this is a totally genuine review
