This was a special deep clean with my elderly Mum and all her stuff in the house, so very difficult for them to clean. Their friendliness and good nature was noted and greatly appreciated. Great work by the team yesterday. I thought my bathroom was beyond saving but Gabby did a fantastic job making it sparkle again. I was immensely impressed! Until recently I rented in London and often had to use cleaners at the end of tenancy, so I know what good looks like. I have used other cleaners since I moved to the Aylesbury area and they were pretty average. Sapphire Cleaners were way better and as good as the best cleaners I used in London!

I always use these guys and they're always brilliant. As well as standard dry cleaning, I've had a few trousers altered and a zip replaced and the tailoring is perfect. They're also just always really friendly, nice people and nothing is ever too much trouble.

We’ve used them for years for all dry cleaning and tailoring, etc. But this past week be had an “emergency” with my daughter’s outfit and needed major tailoring for the next morning. Brought the blazer in at 5:30pm and Ozzy worked so late to make sure it was done for her. He’s amazing! They took care of us and could not have been more kind about it. Customers for life.

The externals on my property hadn’t been maintained for at least 2 years and were in a poor condition. I didn’t think it was possible but he returned them to brand new! Nash Mills Wharf development first floor flat with 2 double long windows , one balcony of 7 glass panels with double sliding doors to access it. Glass door to Juliet balcony with 2 slim windows tricky to access! Now all cleaned to perfection! Absolutely fantastic thorough cleaning of all glass, exterior wooden frames and window / balcony metal trims and floor. Windows all sparkle now plus cobwebs and all dirt completely removed. I went to Berkhamsted Johnson’s for an emergency dry clean after a velvet item of clothing was damaged in the rain. Sarah was honest, kind and so helpful. We agreed to give it a try. I'd want to give a 3/4 stars but in all honesty this is nobody's fault. Sarah is the reason they're getting my 5 stars she who assisted my issue with care, really lovely and sweet. The jacket I bought in ( Heavy duty size, over 40inch long from top to the legs). I requested the jacket to have the zipper replaced for price of £35-55, I agreed and settled, Few days later I called asking for progress. I was unfortunately hit with the price of (i think around £80 - £120) just for a 35inch zip for time & production. Sarah who was smart enough to send the jacket back knowing I would not want to pay the price that high. I'm happy to come back with another jacket that requires the help of professionals.
