Lee and Greg are awesome! Not only did they clean my roof and back garden to a very high standard, but they also went the extra mile to help me sort out a drain issue that they identified. If it wasn’t for them, I would not have realised how poor and problematic the job one of my past contractors had done to my back garden. Lee and Greg followed up my case by coming out to mine even on a Saturday! They tried rectifying the problem for me with a temporary fix and recommended another tradesperson they know to help me seek a permanent solution. This was all outside the scope of their quote to me – I feel like I owe them big time. I feel extremely fortunate to have found and used them. They are nothing like conventional trades people – They make sure they know their customers’ names. They keep their customers well informed all the way. They won’t recommend work that does not need doing. They tidy up after themselves and never nick anything, such as tools and dust pans, from their customers. They are ultra polite, helpful and hard working. Not sure if I will ever find other trades people as good as them – what a gem! They are now my ‘top of the list’ go-to people to help look after my home. Thank you so much for not just treating me as your customer, but also treating me like a friend!

I was very pleased with the work the team carried out on cleaning my roof. They were very punctual, efficient, friendly and polite. They cleaned up the patio and drive of all the moss from the roof. I would highly recommend them.

A really fantastic service. I was very impressed by the quality of the work undertaken by Denis and his colleagues. We had a ‘move in’ deep clean on our new house in Chorlton and it made a huge difference to all rooms, floors and carpets in the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Denis.

I’m extremely pleased with the post-renovation deep cleaning service provided by Jack. He responded to my email promptly and did an outstanding job. He personally returned to inspect the work once it was completed. Although a few parts weren't cleaned properly by his staffs, he did the cleaning himself during the inspection to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism and commitment to high standard truly set him apart.

I had a telephone conversation with Tamara first to discuss the job. She was very professional but also understanding. Her team were very personable but also highly focused. They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend TER whether it be for a one off deep clean or a more permanent weekly arrangement. 10/10

Needed a deep end-of-tenancy clean urgently. Contacted this company who agreed to same day service. They understood the urgency and came at half 7pm and finished the clean at midnight. The fridge had rotting food and dead maggots as the previous tenant left a year ago and turned the electricity off. All other companies refused the job but this company agreed and surprisingly did a fantastic job. They sterilised the fridge through and through. Very happy with the clean, it was done thoroughly. Asiya and her colleagues were happy to revisit any sections left out and made sure I was satisfied with the job before they left. I recommend this company and will come back to them again

Asiya and her sister are angels. I could not praise these women and this business highly enough. An absolute joy communicating from first contact until completion of the service. It is rare to stumble across such wonderful people. The clean was perfect and smelt and looked so great I could have cried- I was extremely stressed and booking this job was honestly a gift. Another cleaning company let me down on the day of my scheduled end of tenancy clean so I called around companies in Manchester and managed to get a clean scheduled for the next morning with this company. I was sent a confirmation email promptly with all the details of my booking confirmed correctly. The next morning, the cleaner called me 30 minutes before he was due to arrive as agreed and arrived at the property at the exact time promised. Both cleaners were courteous and required little from me before they got to work cleaning the house. As agreed, they text me 30 minutes before they were due to leave so I could get back to the property to meet them. I was very impressed with what they managed to achieve in 4 1/2 hours. I was particularly pleased with the carpets considering the stains which were on them previously and the oven looked brand new! I was asked to put on shoe covers before inspecting the house, once satisfied, I paid the cleaners and they went on their way. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company and this crew in particular. Would definitely use this company again - reliable, prompt, thorough and £60 cheaper than my previous booking! Thank you

We contacted FirstMaid Cleaners as our tenant left the property in a huge mess. The cleaners were doing a great job, cleared out all the rubbish and cleaned the entire apartment thoroughly. Pawel is very responsive and we had a good communication in between. After all we are very happy with the cleaning service they provided.
