Clean deep Services helped us out at a large project at Bournemouth University. This was the first time we had used them and we were completely satisfied with the service they provided. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

Clean Deep Services carried out a builders clean for us (BCP Council) on a block of 6 flats in the Winton area. I was very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail e.g. opening the windows and cleaning inside the window sash. Their team were all friendly and seemed to take pride in their work. We have used many local cleaning firms, but I can confidently say Clean Deep's results have been one of the best.

I met two lovely ladies from Aspire Cleaning services ( Perbeck) limited yesterday. What a fantastic job they did my home truly sparkles now and looks so fresh. They even cleaned my grubby windows. Not only were the team efficient beyond my capabilities, but the sensitivity applied and the understanding of trauma and its impact was made non judgemental. Jayne and team were very responsive and respectful with their communication, both in arranging the service and also offering ongoing updates. The task, though overwhelming for myself, was carried out with ease; despite little instruction. I am greatly impressed by the service to our humanity and will remember always the rescue mission carried out. The time it took seemed impossible. I asked Tom to clean the carpets, rug and sofa of my elderly relatives. He gave a very reasonable price and went in on the agreed date. He has done a beautiful job. Bruce helped me out by getting me a reliable and trustworthy cleaner, I am happy with the cleaner’s work and they seem very flexible and reliable, thank you to both Bruce and my cleaner from Cleanhome.

Mostly good service, great cleaners, good to know they are vetted and insured. Also the agency will find a backup if your usual cleaner can't come. The only drawback is the agency commission is rather high at £2.90 per hour of cleaning, and they don't keep actual records, so they charge you even if you were on holidays and clean didn't happen, unless you dispute it, which is a drag. Overall I recommend them though - for peace of mind.

A very reliable and excellent service has been provided to us by our current lady. She always lets us know if there are any changes to timings and adjusts her service accordingly. Lovely to come home to a clean home. Bruce oversees the business and introduces the cleaner. When issues have occurred in previous arrangements they have been sorted quickly but we couldn’t be happier with our current lady

Guy has been amazing. He did a thorough deep clean before coming back fortnightly to keep on top of the work. He also cleaned the carpets perfectly when moving from the property. Would recommend to everyone!

My floors were covered with stubborn carpet glue that I couldn't remove myself. Eco Steam Cleaners came and worked so hard. Very quick response from Mal who came for a look and gave me an idea of price. We arranged when Mal would come to do the cleaning, and she arrived on time and set straight to work. She worked quietly but methodically. When I went to have a look, I was amazed how clean she had got things. She'd removed grease from the top of cupboards, limescale from the taps and sink. After a deep clean on the kitchen, she then did the bathroom. I was very impressed with the results and with how hard Mal worked. I definitely recommend, especially as the cleaning is done with steam so there's no chemical smell. I will use this company again.
