Called Matt in to repair my rotting carport beams. Prior to the repair, before Matt could fit it in as it was over Christmas, I was worried about the carport roof collapsing and injuring someone so he kindly came and temporarily fitted an Acrow Prop to make the roof safe and secure. He did the repair after New Year and has done a terrific job, saved me money on the estimate (by carefully removing the corrugated acrylic sheets so they could be refitted instead them needing to be replaced). Whilst he was at it, Matt repaired the rotting fascia panel at the other end of the carport. I'm very pleased with the job done and would use Matt's services again without question.
We asked Matt to panel our master bedroom and replace some of our rotten window sills and porch bracket. He made a great job of the panelling in a very large bedroom. I chose something more decorative than a plain style and it looks really good, he pays attention to detail and clearly takes pride in his work.
He’s replaced the windowsills and porch bracket, they were not your average sills being a very old house. Overall we’re very happy with Matt, he’s a trustworthy friendly guy and is keen. We would definitely recommend him and will be asking him to return sometime to build a small library in one of our rooms. Photos of the panelling before and after will be posted once it’s been decorated.
