Excellent service from Rubien today, had to have an emergency call out to fix the front door, after sending him a quick video of the problem, he gave me a quote. When doing the job, he found it to be a bigger job than expected and said it may cost more. After several attempts of fixing it, he eventually succeeded and still only charged me the original quote.

We called CGT in the early hours of Sunday morning after the door to my daughters flat was kicked in. Reuben advised us of the price and how long it would take him to get there.
