Fast response to queries regarding replacement charger unit and installation site. Arranged for job to be undertaken promptly. On day team were punctual, friendly and courteous. Asked RB to fit an EV charger at a new address after Podpoint messed me around. After a thorough survey thr quote arrived very promptly, and the work started a day later. The job turned out to take longer than they'd expected - but everyone on the team kept working on it until the job was done, and remained cheerful, friendly and polite all the way through.
