Gavin came highly recommended from a personal friend to help fix a dorma roof that had a leak and poor insulation. Gavin provided a detail plan and price for each stage that was clear and a date for start and finish and kept to his word, which speaks volumes. Gavin and his assistant carried out all the work in a friendly, professional manner. They supplied and installed new facias, soffits, guttering, and downpipes. They also installed a dry ridge system and a dry verge. We live in an area that is prone to strong winds and had previously had problems with ridge tiles being dislodged. The dry ridge system seems to have cured this. Whilst on the roof, Gavin discovered that some pointing was missing on the chimney stack. He sent me video and photos of the problem, and carried out the extra work at minimal cost. I have recommended Gavin to my brother, who needs similar work to be carried out on his property.
