I called Shoaib far too early in the morning to help with an electrical fault, and while he was busy and so wasn’t able to come round immediately, he talked me through a fix that worked really well in the short term. Absolutely brilliant, would recommend.

Simon fitted ambient strip lighting, extra sockets and a multi phase colour ceiling light with speaker in my therapy room.. Also for added security, Simon fitted a wi-fi alarm and external security box. From the first initial phone call, the staff were extremely helpful and the work was outstanding and Simon even made sure that my clinic room was clean and ready to go. Attention to detail 10/10. Third time I have asked Broadoak Electrical to do some work including dealing with an alarm system and would highly recommend. Always turn on on time, electrician David is knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous. There are no hidden surprises when you receive the invoice, pricing is very fair and communication is good. They are happy to do small domestic jobs as well as bigger projects.

The Dentists of Didsbury - easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The customer service is outstanding. You’re made to feel so welcome and the practice is spotless and so comfortable. I’ve had a few procedures recently - a particularly tricky root canal (5 canals when most teeth have 3!) and have just attended today to have a crown fitted. Naz and Oz are simply the best, they worked tirelessly to get the best outcome for me and they’re made me no longer fear the dentist! Really happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Initially contacted this company on recommendation from a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the service and standard of work - replacing 5 radiators and servicing the boiler. Dealt with the owner, Aaron, who was so helpful - arrived when he said he would, quoted and booked the work in swiftly when I gave him the job. Price brilliant too! Great service and good communication. Aaron told be the price for the call-out when I booked and explained what it was for. He rang me again to tell me he was on his way. We were very pleased with Quality Gas Manchester when they supplied and fit our new boiler. Sam arrived on time when he came to provide a quote and again when he came to install the new boiler, he was easy to get in touch with in the lead up to the installation date with any queries we had, and he completed the installation to a high standard. Malmin Dental has been really helpful and informative from the start. I came here when looking to buy Invisalign but didn't know who to go to. The consultation was free and they made me feel really comfortable with how much everything was and explained any necessary costs and nothing was left hidden or trying to catch you out. Got my Invisalign done at Malmin. It is an expensive treatment but I would do it over again. From the first meeting with Oliver you can tell how professional they are. Dr Beatriz is the best dentist I ever had! She gentle and keeps the communication at all times letting you know what she’s doing next, which I love because you kinda can prepare yourself for what’s coming. She tells you things like ‘just polishing now so you’ll feel a little vibration’. Had a filling done and didn’t felt much or no pain at all, been to dentists that I sweat in the chair just having a regular basic yearly clean. Really happy with my teeth now and been having lots of compliments on how straight they look. My regular dentist has had me in for a yearly check up and has mentioned how great of a job they have done. Although, from now on I do not trust anyone else with my teeth but Dr Beatriz and malmin. Gracias Dr Beatriz and malmin see you soon for regular check ups. :)

I have been going to Malmin for a few years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris (dentist) and Rachael (hygienist). I have Malmin's Dental Plan which I find competitive, and have two routine appointments with them each year. My teeth have never been in such good condition and I always feel cared for on my appointments. Malmin offer a range of other services, which Chris and Rachael have made me aware of when appropriate, but never in a pushy way. I can't see myself going anywhere else whilst they're both there!

Saw Gemma the dental hygienist this morning for the first time ... together with her assistant, Blue. I know some people do not like going to the dentist (I am not one of them by the way but in the past I have found excuses not to go) but everyone at City Centre Dental Practice is so welcoming and make you feel at ease. Gemma and Blue were superb ... they completed a full oral hygiene assessment before carrying hygiene techniques that were far in advance of what I have ever experienced before. Gemma explained everything she was doing and also what extra studies she was undertaking. It filled me with great confidence. She also explained and demonstrated how to use an electric toothbrush to maximise the cleaning of the teeth and also improve gum health ... within minutes you could really feel the difference. In summary, Gemma and Blue were excellent and I have rebooked for 2 months time as part of my overall treatment plan. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As the Pam Eyres ditty went ... "If only I had looked after my tooth!!!"
