Paul and Nicky went above and beyond in service and kindness during our stay. No ask was too much and they made sure we were well looked after. The breakfast is yummy and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We’d highly recommend!

Lovely short winter stay. Our room was modern, comfortable, private and secure and we were made to feel very welcome. Great bathroom and shower with plenty of luxury towels. Beautiful bed. Excellent and generous breakfast and service. Free parking. Location great for exploring friendly Alford town and the Wolds. Thank you Paul and Nicky! We are happy to recommend and plan to rebook.

Myself mum and dad came up here for a funeral and stayed at this B&B. What can I say. First class. We was met by the owner who was very friendly showed us our rooms and informed us of all the necessary information required for our stay.

Rooms were very comfortable clean with a very modern contemporary twist. Beds where so comfortable and we had a good nights sleep with lovely fluffy pillows. Linen and towels were of a very good quality.. tea coffee making facilities were plentiful and galaxy hot chocolate biscuits and fresh water bottles were there also.

Breakfast was amazing cooked to perfection with fresh fruit salad yogurt toast with all the condiments along with fresh ground coffee tea and fresh orange juice. All presented on beautiful crockery which made for an absolute pleasurable experience.

We highly recommend this place. For us especially coming up from London for an overnight stay.
