Fixing very complicated light switch which was poorly repositioned by another company and caused electricity outage in part of my apartment. He explained nicely the issue and approach to resolution. Asked for my preference. Checked everything and cleaned up at the end. Stayed very open for additional call if any concerns. Highly professional service!
