I am a new client here and cannot recommend the service highly enough. My appointment yesterday was for post lockdown colour and a tidy up. My hair hasn’t been touched at all during this last lockdown, and after a consultation with Jordan a couple of weeks ago, I had an appointment to sort out my colour ( including significant roots) and a tidy up. On arrival I advised Jordan that I had a significant time limitation. This did not phase her one bit! My highlights were done in a professional manner, with a couple of tweaks which were advised to me, and adjustments to the whole process. I left the salon earlier than I needed. My colour is great and so is the cut! Not one word of complaint nor annoyance from Jordan who remained very professional and calm throughout. She also makes an excellent hot chocolate! Next appointment booked. I have the day off next time so work can’t interfere with my plans.
