Their expertise, willingness to help and give advice and support with minor changes to my order throughout a 4-month project was invaluable. Great local, independent plumbing shop and showroom. Mark was excellent at helping me choose items for my new WC and I think probably all the staff was engaged at some point trying to find a replacement for a discontinued Crosswater cartridge! Very knowledgeable and friendly team. Will be back - can't beat a good local independent supplier!
