I recently had an appointment with my dental hygienist, Manisha, and my dentist, Dr. Patel, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Manisha was lovely—she was gentle and thorough while cleaning my teeth, making the experience comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Patel was outstanding. From the moment I sat in his chair, he conducted a comprehensive examination of my teeth and explained everything in detail. During the procedure, he ensured I felt no pain and continuously reassured me, which made a world of difference. I highly recommend both Manisha and Dr. Patel for their professionalism and caring approach. Thank you for such a positive experience!

All of the staff at Kenley Dental Practice are very caring, patient and amazing!! With anxiety and nervousness from bad experiences at previous dental surgeries, all of the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They explained every procedure and did not rush making sure I was comfortable at all times. Their aftercare is second to none. I highly recommend this practice!!! As an anxious dental patient from childhood, I have found going to the dentist an immensely traumatic experience - until I started to attend the Kenley Dental Practice. Astraea the receptionist is always polite, helpful and calm. Evelyn the dental nurse is very reassuring, caring and professional. I had to have an unscheduled extraction recently and Dr Patel explained all the alternative treatments very clearly. Once I had opted for the extraction, his work was efficient, painless and swift. A very professional operation all round. Thank you.

We had an issue with our thermostat and I contacted Heating & Gas Solutions Ltd. I’m so glad I chose this business! Perry was professional and communicated well throughout the process. He managed to fix the issue very promptly. I would highly recommend Perry and his team to anyone who needs boiler/thermostat repairs.

All the stars brilliant! Emailed a request for a boiler annual service, received a call back on the same day and booked the appointment for the following week. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. Perry is thorough, prompt, very helpful and a lovely chap. Couldn't ask for an easier process. Thank you Perry!

Firstly, I’ve given this firm a 5 star rating and would highly recommend due to these reasons. Outset: Read their superb reviews online and in particular mention of co-owner, Perry. Phone call into their professional call centre gave me immediate reassurance that they were professional and eager to solve my issue. I was informed that Perry was busy and I would be seeing instead their business partner, George. Expressing immediate concern I might get someone not as good, I was reassured that George was also excellent, although mentioned less on public reviews. (Shame on previous customers for not leaving more positive reviews) Issue: my Worcester combo boiler was playing up with intermittent hot water dropping off and showing a series of fault codes relating to the issue. (WINTER WITH BOILER ISSUES ARE NOT WORTH TAKING THE CHANCE!) Lead in: I was sent a number of realistic prompts via text message and emails explaining what to expect and managing my expectations for the day in advance of the service. Very professional for someone managing their busy diary. Day of Service: George turned up promptly with his new apprentice, Bradley. (Signs that the business is doing well!). First off, I was super impressed by both the gentleman who were respectful from the outset introducing themselves and removing shoes.George was polite and highly personable. In my experience of dealing with multiple tradesman over the years and myself coming from a background in the building trade, I couldn’t have wished for a more professional expert than George and found his mannerisms and conduct admirable in this day and age. Old school values and appeared truly honest in explaining everything and not pushing for need to replace etc. Job: thorough, taking time and precision to ensure everything was done, checked and put right. Post job: sent an invoice via email, which included a detailed diagnostic report to include future suggestions of things that may need to be looked at again in the future. All in all would have George back in an instance and would prompt anyone booking this firm to request his services personally. Merry Christmas H&G Solutions!

A Heatmiser underfloor heating / hot water specialist. Great service. Professional, personable and patient. The electrician Adrian took his time to analyse and investigate. He found the problem and fixed it. All within a couple of hours. Happy days.

I was referred to this vet by my daughter my British bull dog had cherry eye took him there also had my staff with me the vet did my bull dogs eye and checked my staff over and he had a yeast infection which he also helped with, the care and price was great, also the price was half what pets at home wanted to charge me thank you so much

Knowledgeable and very helpful vets. As a first time puppy owner, they patiently listened to and answered my questions and were very thorough and reassuring with examining my puppy when we had a little scare of her falling. They were also brilliant on our first visit, the day after we brought my puppy at home - she was trembling and very nervous, but they put her at ease, and she is very happy to go to the vets now!

The care at Aspen is exemplary. Everyone knows my dog and is genuinely pleased to see him. The staff on the desk are always friendly and know all his details and the care from the vets is first class. Susie has been taking care of an eye issue and Jasper is now fully healed and had such a positive experience that he didn't want to leave! I cannot thank everyone at Aspen enough for showing such consideration and high quality care.

Simply incredible care from all the team at Anwell. After a poor experience from another vet we came here & so glad we did. Looked after a very poorly Greyhound so well. Talked me through all the tests needed & upfront with very reasonable costs. After an X-ray it was clear that she had an incurable tumour. Greg was incredible with his compassionate way of dealing with both us & the way we had to have her put down. Made a horrendous time as smooth & peaceful as it could have been. I would highly recommend Anwell to anyone.

Our rescue dog recently attended her annual visit for vaccine and check up. This is her third/fourth visit here, the first was during the covid period where she had to go in alone with the staff. As she had only been with us a short time and a reactive rescue we were probably as nervous as she was. She was fine and behaved for the staff. This latest visit she had a tender abdomen which appeared to be due to her glands. She was unusually reactive when having them emptied, (no dog probably enjoys this anyway), especially if it’s making you a little more uncomfortable than usual. The vet remained very calm and patient with her and suggested ways to calm her before future visits over a period of time to desensitise her. The vet remained professional throughout the consultation and considered the anxiety levels in our dog before proceeding with the next check, never making us feel like the appointment was taking too long and suggesting resources that may be useful as owners of a rescue dog. Taking on a rescue is never easy as they can be unpredictable. You never know how badly they have been mis-treated in the past and are constantly learning new triggers for them. Vet on the hill takes your pet at face value and shows them the same care and respect as a dog without ‘issues’, making you as the owner feel more relaxed on a visit.

Sadly we had to visit with a minor emergency, but our "Chi" was seen straight away and after some updating time for him it all turned out well. The members of staff were very nice and welcoming and we didn't have long to wait before he was seen.

On 24th of December, My puppy Panda , been run over by a car, on Limpsfield Road!Unfortunately, he was in a A very bad situation! So I had to go to the closer vet, I went to Warlingham vet veterinary Centre and they manage to save his life. I can’t thank them enough for what they did to save my four months puppy. All the staff there support us and the reinsure that everything it’s gonna be ok! Thanks 🙏

Having only recently moved to the area with our cat and dog, we chose warlingham veterinary centre to register them with. They were both due their boosters so we booked them in and asked to be seen by Friday . We had to wait a week for an appointment with Friday which we were happy to do. (My dog is not good with women untill she has got to know them) We arrived for our appointment and were called in to see the vet and it wasn't Friday but a young lady (Tilly) At this point I must say Tilly was very good and extremely professional as was the receptionist very good and professional. Because we were allowed into the treatment room with the animal's my dog was OK and didn't appear stressed. I am however disappointed that at the time of making the booking and specifically asking to see a male vet (for reasons explained) this was totally ignored I am now considering finding an alternative local vet

Top tier! Lovely place. Really caring, everyone who works there is so caring with the animals. It’s a joy for the four legged friends to go here- my little husky received her spay surgery today, and still left as if she’d had a nice time. She was well looked after and I think she will heal up well. Highly recommend Anne Nelson vets to any pet parents.

Every member, going above and beyond their powers, worked tirelessly to save and stabilize her. Moving out of London, your clinic is the only thing we truly miss.
