Emma responded promptly to initial request. Max replaced broken light switch, set up two new carbon monoxide alarms, and replaced three out-of-date smoke alarms, all in one visit. As an oldie on my own, I now feel safer! Nice people, treat you as a valued client. Highly recommend.

Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. He (Max) was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. The jobs were finished later that day with a final invoice that was most reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

DRS Electrical came highly recommended in the village I live from multiple sources, and it's clear to see why. Their customer service was exemplary and I truly appreciated their patience of explaining and talking through all the issues with me as a layman and little experience of electrics. The work done was great, quick, professional and the electrician they sent round (Noah) was courteous and respectful of our home. Also dealt with Sam their manager, who took the time out to talk through wider concerns we had in our home and on other issues we might have had. All in all felt that DRS went above and beyond - they're a great company and I'd highly recommend them.

Used J A Electrical Services (Aldershot) for an emergency callout on a Sunday where any appliance was tripping the electrics. I had an engineer attend my house within an hour. The engineer was professional, courteous and a speedy worker and I was really pleased they found the fault and had the parts to hand to fix it. I was really happy with the price. Lovely food with super friendly staff. Visited Saturday evening, pre-booked our table. Very friendly and happy chap over the phone. I had the Gurkha Garden Special and a huge plate of sizzling meat and fish came to the table. Very impressed and really tasty. We were just staying the weekend in the area but will definitely return.

1st take away from them. Had to use deliveroo as are out of their area, so, sadly, a reduced menu. Food excellent, both Nepalese and Indian. Will now be our go to for Indian/Nepalese food. Great!

I returned to Stricklands after several years in the wilderness, to find they have become even better than before. Very happy with lovely smiling and gifted people throughout the practice. Lee has fitted new plug sockets, wired in a cooker, added new fire safe lighting, extractor fan, isolator and electric towel rail and carried out an EICR all for a good price and in the time he said it would take.

We called Mason Electrical as we had just moved to the area and needed the electrics checking on our new home. Lee carried out an EICR check on the property, this test was done instead of just replcaing the fuse board, which is what we initally requested. This was clearly the right decision, as Lee uncovered a bit of a horror show. Great, honest service from a local tradesman, and a lovely bloke too, not easy to find these days!

Craig completed several works at my Wedding Venue in March 2024. His service and project management was excellent, and we really appreciated his reliability as our work was done in various stages. He was also able to provide advice on what would look good in my spaces and I have to say it all looks excellent. His quotes were fairly priced and significantly cheaper than a second quote I received from a competitor. The highlight of the works was an LED strip fitted into a lighting trough to illuminate a grade II* listed ceiling (photographed), which has completely transformed the space. Craig came to do a few jobs, and ended up staying to do several more. Many thanks Craig, and look forward to having you back in the very near future.

I called out Craig in September 2024 to rewire a new heating element fitted to my hot water cylinder which supplies all the hot water to my flat, including the heating. Craig answered the phone first time (a surprise with many trades people) and told me he could come out later the same day. Another surprise! He was running a little late, but texted me to keep me updated, which was thoughtful. When he arrived he quickly assessed the wiring and worked out how to safely get the heating hooked back up the supply. After he left as I continued to test the heating system which had been off for 4-5 months, something tripped and the system shut down. I called Craig back and he agreed to come around after 6pm to continue to fault find. This was also impressive and fitted in with my plans. 15 mins later he was back and another 20 after that, he'd found the fault and fitted a new fuse to a control panel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig. He was the knowledge and right attitude. Top man.

Contacted Craig via Horsell wire on a Sunday responded first thing Monday and attended Tuesday. Repaired and went out of his way to get me out of a situation without my EV charger which needed a fair bit of attention. Hugely impressed and would recommend anyone to have Craig as a contact and reliable electrician from not knowing previously. Thanks for the support
