Can't praise this firm enough I had checked out some Black Friday deals on Euronics but my local delivery firm were not able to help, saying I needed to find an electrician first before they couldn't arrange delivery etc. I rang J Jenkins who were Sleaford area and I was in Grantham, no problem. No answer machine a real girl who not only could answer and provide confirmation that they could delivery, disconnect, install, take away, she knew what items she had in stock and half price installation on second and third items. Did I want delivery on Monday or Tuesday?! They arrived on time and every item installed and working correctly and hints on how to get the best out of them. I will certainly use them again. Needed an appliance delivering to a first floor flat for my son, most suppliers had issues with this, but not J Jenkins. A 5 minute phone call explaining situation and choosing the right appliance and delivery was arranged for within 2 days. Delivered on time and by very helpful, friendly chaps. 5* service, would recommend to anyone.

Had aerial issues that pixelated the tv when a car drove past and eventually stopped picking up any channels at all. Jenkins came out and resolved the problem really quickly . Fabulous, friendly service. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have nothing but praise for J Jenkins of Sleaford. Their office staff are so polite and friendly, and the guys that visit your property are extremely experienced and knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I have used this company numerous times for various repairs and purchases, and have never had an issue. Most recent purchase of a washing machine, this appliance was delivered and installed less than 24 hours after ordering - absolutely fantastic service!! Wonderful family run business, no need to go out of town whatsoever, all credit due to Tara and the guys!!
