Food was good, I want another already, however I will never order a medium steak ever again. I like mine rare but went with the menu recommend of medium and it hardly had any pink. The lamb and chicken were amazing, as well as all the sides. Food took a while to arrive (we started complaining to each other, my wife and I, after the 40 minute mark). I ordered a single espresso, unaware it would cost a mere 25p extra for a double… my own fault but still ridiculous. No sugar or biscuit accompanied. Coffees came before dessert. Will come again as food was well worth the wait and the steak was still delicious. Should have ordered it medium rare. Gutted.
Great food and atmosphere! Will be back! Try the dirty burger it was soo tasty! Gorgeous cocktails too!
Lovely surroundings, great food, attentive service Took my mum out for a meal. Shes 90 and her appetite isn’t usually good but she managed a 7oz rump steak and most of the trimmings, followed by vanilla ice cream. We both really enjoyed the overall mood of the restaurant. It was busy, but calm. Service was quick at every stage.
Had a lovely meal here as a special occasion treat, lots of gluten free options and friendly staff, I got a free surprise ice cream to celebrate our engagement too. Our server was Charlie, she was exceptionally helpful and very friendly, will most definitely be going again
My first visit and it certainly didn't disappoint. We booked a table for 11 of us for a work Christmas treat, atmosphere, service and food were all excellent. I will certainly be going back and would highly recommend them to anyone else!
