Had the Chicken yoghurt kebab, served on a toasted pita bread and side of flavorful rice and dressed salad. Delicious and very reasonably priced for the portion size. Quick service and friendly staff. Combination of indoor and outdoor seating.. very convenient for cyclists passing through.

I've seen this cafe for many years, probably the last standing business in Strood high street from the last 25 years.
I decided to visit finally.

The service was brilliant, they were super attentive to my personal requests and made me feel welcome even though they were closing soon and the restaurant at this time was near empty. I was never rushed or made to feel I should hurry up! The owner Ramo acknowledged that he hadn't seen me before and recommended some popular choices.

My personalised Turkish omelette took longer than usual to prepare and I could tell they took their time to ensure it was cooked to perfection, which it was!

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will visit again. Ramo even asked me to sample their tomato based chilli garnish which was a homemade delight!

This is a loving family run business who put quality first, hence why they have been around so long!

A must visit and certainly one of Strood's secret gems.

Best café breakfast I've had in ages. Good sausage, great bacon, great looking eggs! The staff were all super chill and the whole spot was a really warm vibe with plenty of casual conversations happening, seems like a really popular cafe compared to the others we past in Stroud. And I can honestly see why. Lovely start to any morning, no doubt! 4.7/5

Absolutely loved our visit to Ramo's. The service is quick and efficient, the food very tasty and well priced, and the atmosphere exactly as I wanted for a Sunday morning.

We both had omelettes which were delicious, they were happy to take slight off-menu alterations, and the food was served with a little Turkish twist with some delicious accompanying relish. We even got a mini complimentary fruit platter for dessert.

My partner is vegetarian and it was easy for her to find suitable options on the menu that were tasty (and not just mushrooms!)

Will definitely be coming back!!!

Hidden Gem!

Why have I not heard of this place before after living in Medway for 5 years… the menu has a lot of choice but opted for the Mediterranean breakfast.

It was super tasty and cooked swiftly.

The staff are very nice and polite too which makes all the difference. They do also offer cooked breakfast and egg dishes too which I will try next time.

You can find a table yourself and one of the team will come to your table to take your order.

If you are based in Medway and looking for somewhere new to try this is the place to be 👍
