Firstly, absolutely beautiful food. We had the soup, lamb, crab tacos and the pie followed by deserts. All top class and faultless. Lovely atmosphere in the pub.

Secondly, the room was amazing. Panoramic views of the countryside and far reaching views of the sea. Breakfast was also amazing, which was delivered to us at the morning.

Excellent service and staff. We will definitely be returning, next time with the pooches!

It's one of the best gastropubs in Kent. We have been served by Emily. The service was excellent so as the food. The staff made every effort to make us feel welcome. The scotch eggs were cooked to perfection. Such a lovely place... Will definitely return

We stayed at the Plough Inn last weekend and would highly recommend it. From the picturesque surroundings to the high quality accommodation.

Outstanding venue! Excellent value for our accommodation because it was out of season and they’re looking to build trade. We didn’t eat there because although the food looked to be high quality it was unaffordable, given that the variety of food on offer was no different from the normal pub offer. For example, four small portions of bread cost £4.50, yet when I bought a whole loaf it was £4.00. Porridge alone for breakfast would have cost £6.00! Fortunately we had taken our own food to support my dietary requirements.

First rate food. Delicious meals from Chef owner. Wonderful character old style country pub in glorious Kent landscape. Will come again. Four diners at lunch loved the food and atmosphere on a bright November 20th.
