Rang Rob as my electric had gone off in my house....he talked me through the fuse box asking me which switches to switch down.. Rob didn't need to come out as found out later there was a powercut in my area. But Rob was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you again will use again in the future. I Highly recommend. I undertook a course of treatment using Invisalign to straighten my teeth. Clare, my dentist was absolutely brilliant. Everything was clearly explained and carried out. Only 5 months later I have lovely straight teeth, and now feel confident smiling and having photos taken. The results are fantastic!

I have a life long fear of dentists due to awful treatment over the years. Today I went to Dr Asad Khan to have two teeth removed and was a nervous wreck. Dr Khan talked me through things and within a very short-time I was anaesthetised and once numb the teeth were removed and I felt absolutely nothing. Dr Khan should get a dentist of the year award. He is so gentle and reassuring. All staff are so kind and helpful and I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Thank you all so much. Maureen Murphy

I’ve been seeing Dr. Claire for several years now, and I can honestly say she’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk into the practice, you’re greeted by a warm and welcoming team. Dr. Claire is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain any procedure/treatment in detail, which really puts me at ease. Lorraine has been my hygienist for many years, she is a very professional, kind and caring person. She always talks me through what she is doing and stops to check that I am okay which makes me feel at ease and she gives good advice on how to look after my oral hygiene in-between visits. The rest of the team were welcoming and friendly, and the surgery is nice and modern. I would highly recommend seeing Lorraine and the team at Dental Facial Artisan.

My previous dentist retired and new dentist took over but it wasn't the same so after 36 years I moved practice. I'm a nervous patient and the thought of needles in my mouth stressed me badly, I'd always had sediation with my old dentist. I had my 1st appt with Dr Iswarya Kalyan I explained my fear of needles. We booked me in for this morning to have my 1st appt for filling, I was absolutely terrified it might sound silly but if you don't like needles it's just one of those things. I even took a 2mg relaxing tablet from GP to ease my anxiety but I'm not sure i really needed it. Appt went OK & it's really down to building trust & I feel today was the start of being able to do this. I'm booked for next treatment of changing a filling that's been in for many years, and I actually feel ok about it. So I can highly recommend my new dentist, even if your like me terrified of needles... I dont know why I was so worried I'm proud of myself. Dr Iswarya Kalyan is a very calming person & she's going to be my dentist for many years to come. Thank you for helping me overcome my fear.

I've just had my first appointment here after not being to a dentist in 15 years. I was very anxious, and had to go in for fillings for the first time in my life. Iswarya was very calming and lovely, really helping me though it. I've got a huge phobia of needles and this is the first time I haven't passed out from my phobia as she and the whole team were very understanding and accommodating and I am over the moon with the treatment and hospitality I had today!

I had a dental appointment with Shireen and hygienist appointment with Lorraine. Both were professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. One of the best hygienist appointments I’ve had in a long time. I feel confident my dental health will be looked after by both Shireen and Lorraine. They both explained the state of my dental health clearly and in a way that I understood the risks and options open to me. I’ve signed my daughter up too and will attend in a couple of weeks on a Saturday. Thank you for a great experience as I sometimes used to dread going to the dentist! Now I won’t!

Like many people, I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, with some very specific reasoning I don't need to go into here. Suffice it to say, I called beforehand to explain and I felt listened to and very reassured. I've had two appointments here now, one being quite difficult, but everyone has been so kind and reassuring. Ish in particular has been a very kind and accommodating practitioner and is helping me get over my dentist anxiety and address some long standing tooth issues I have. I'm very grateful to everyone I've met so far. Highly recommended.

This review is long overdue I have been meaning to write it for last couple of months. My partner was in so much pain with his tooth and I contacted this clinic at 11:30pm and they told him to set off straight away. The dentist was amazing with him, immediately made sure his tooth was numbed and pain free and performed a root canal there and then and saved his tooth and removed some other damaged pieces of tooth which were also causing him problems. He was back home relaxed and relieved within 2 hours. He has had no issues whatsoever following his visit and he said the clinic was immaculate and the dentist was so professional. Highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much for your amazing service.

10/10 Service and Experience! Dr Nihad and Dental Nurse Amy were amazing with me. I am so scared of the dentist so after being told I needed a Root Canal I was terrified. They made the process so comfortable and as pain free as possible and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. I will now be a forever returning customer for anything dental!

Due to the numb pain in my tooth crown, I visited Riyo Dental. I booked an appointment on Saturday evening and had my consultation on Sunday at 2 p.m., which was very convenient and efficient. Dr Jabir conducted a thorough examination and took X-rays, confirming that I didn’t have a cracked tooth. The whole experience made me feel very peaceful. The location is excellent, and the clinic is very clean. I found them to be reliable and honest, and I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service! The experience has been exceptional. I had been waiting for a NHS referral for more than 2 months and pain was simply unbearable and not responding to painkillers, and my regular dentist was no help at all. I got the appointment with Riyo within an hour, went in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction late Friday night. The nurse and the dentist opened the surgery for the emergency treatment. Dr.Nihad was friendly, caring and brilliant! The procedure which my regular dentist said would be complex and challenging, took him only about few minutes to complete and was done smoothly. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Sam arrived in the time slot given and inspected the boiler informed me of a faulty part took time to show me and explained the issue He made a call to see if he could get a replacement part within 30 mins he was back with the part and fitted carried out the service. I live for good teeth facial… (hygienist appointments) my journey with braces has made me embrace trips to City Center dental. I have met the best ladies here.. Gemma, Niamh, Kimberly and Debbie! Couldn’t recommend them enough for their service. They are very personable and engage in good conversation during the appointment that leaves one feeling really taken care of. Saw Gemma the dental hygienist this morning for the first time ... together with her assistant, Blue. I know some people do not like going to the dentist (I am not one of them by the way but in the past I have found excuses not to go) but everyone at City Centre Dental Practice is so welcoming and make you feel at ease. Gemma and Blue were superb ... they completed a full oral hygiene assessment before carrying hygiene techniques that were far in advance of what I have ever experienced before. Gemma explained everything she was doing and also what extra studies she was undertaking. It filled me with great confidence. She also explained and demonstrated how to use an electric toothbrush to maximise the cleaning of the teeth and also improve gum health ... within minutes you could really feel the difference. In summary, Gemma and Blue were excellent and I have rebooked for 2 months time as part of my overall treatment plan. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As the Pam Eyres ditty went ... "If only I had looked after my tooth!!!"

I have been going to Malmin for a few years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris (dentist) and Rachael (hygienist). I have Malmin's Dental Plan which I find competitive, and have two routine appointments with them each year. My teeth have never been in such good condition and I always feel cared for on my appointments. Malmin offer a range of other services, which Chris and Rachael have made me aware of when appropriate, but never in a pushy way. I can't see myself going anywhere else whilst they're both there!

Got my Invisalign done at Malmin. It is an expensive treatment but I would do it over again. From the first meeting with Oliver you can tell how professional they are. Dr Beatriz is the best dentist I ever had! She gentle and keeps the communication at all times letting you know what she’s doing next, which I love because you kinda can prepare yourself for what’s coming. She tells you things like ‘just polishing now so you’ll feel a little vibration’. Had a filling done and didn’t felt much or no pain at all, been to dentists that I sweat in the chair just having a regular basic yearly clean. Really happy with my teeth now and been having lots of compliments on how straight they look. My regular dentist has had me in for a yearly check up and has mentioned how great of a job they have done. Although, from now on I do not trust anyone else with my teeth but Dr Beatriz and malmin. Gracias Dr Beatriz and malmin see you soon for regular check ups. :)

Malmin Dental has been really helpful and informative from the start. I came here when looking to buy Invisalign but didn't know who to go to. The consultation was free and they made me feel really comfortable with how much everything was and explained any necessary costs and nothing was left hidden or trying to catch you out. Beatrice is now my dentist and she is lovely and kind. Each time I visit, I feel in safe hands that will ensure I get the best results.
