Our son has attended several creative writing lessons with Dawn; he has learned invaluable techniques and skills and is now in a position to produce a well thought out piece of creative writhing. We also find Dawn’s lessons to be extremely engaging with a nice balance of discussion and writing. The group format works well as our son also picks up ideas from his peers and this has further enhanced his creativity. Simultaneously she nurtured his creativity, comprehension skills and mathematical ability, providing life-long skills rather than short term fixes to pass the 11 plus exam. She is diligent, well organized and always provides personalized feedback after each session. My daughter has had the privilege to be under Dawns mentoring in preparation for her 11+. we have sat in on the workshops, and I witness time and time again, the raw talent and gift that Dawn has with the children , in terms of engaging their attention, building their confidence, making the workshop inclusive of everyone.
