Our experience at Smart 11 plus Harborne (Lordswood Boys School) was amazing! I’m so glad i found them. My daughter was so happy going here, the teachers were so nice, they put in extra efforts whenever she wasn’t sure about methods of the topic. They give you a review on how your child is doing in each topic after the class which is so useful for parents. Katie who is the Vice Principal and Center Manager was always hands on for all queries and requests. She was happily providing extra resources for my daughter to practice at home. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my decision to choose Smart 11+ for my daughter. We got her Birmingham 11+ exam results recently and are all elated with the good scores she achieved. Their excellent tutoring was instrumental in her preparation. Due to the small class sizes, they are able to give their students greater levels of attention and tailored support. The staff at Smart 11+ was very professional, friendly, extremely caring, and highly knowledgeable. They made sure to keep me updated on her performance with weekly progress reviews. This was extremely helpful in understanding further focus areas. Throughout the year-long journey, she has attended every session, thanks to their willingness to schedule alternate sessions if we are unable to attend. I found Smart 11+ tuition to be a great experience for my daughter and she always looked forward to attending every session. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire Smart 11+ team. Both my boys had a really positive experience with Smart 11 plus.They always enjoyed going to tuition classes and found the tutors engaging, friendly and supportive. We would especially like to thank Arzina and Lewis who always took time out to encourage the boys to reach their full potential. We would also like to thank Katie who went the extra mile to deal with any concerns we had in the lead up to the exams and genuinely took an interest. All the tutors were always on hand at the beginning and end of sessions to provide feedback. I would definitely recommend the booster courses throughout the year too as they provide practice with similar exam type questions helping the child to boost their confidence for the actual day. As a result, both my boys have been able to pass their grammar exam with excellent results!

My daughter really enjoyed going to the sessions, she felt she learned a lot about how the questions would be laid out. We received feedback after each session, about areas that needed a bit more work, which was also helpful. Would recommend.

My son was tutored by smart 11+ after previously having no experience of 11+ content. I found staff knowledgeable and supportive throughout. They produced a great environment for learning, were positive and inclusive. I was pleased with how they maintained small groups and had experienced professional tutors guiding the children towards success. I found the teaching standard high but also their willingness to provide extra support and incredible resources whenever needed. I found them to be accessible and approachable. I received weekly feedback that was tailored to me child in particular, letting me know how best to support him. Having not been through this process before I was unsure how to navigate it but having a friendly supportive team around me and my son at that time made an incredible difference. My son was able to access online content that he found both fun and challenging everyday. Additional resources were also always on hand when needed. I will definitely be using them with my other children as they provided a great safe space geared towards learning and development. I don't think my son would have passed his 11+ without having this guidance. Excellent service provided and well worth the cost.
