I'm really grateful to The Tutor Centre for the incredible turnaround they've achieved with my son's education since starting in Year 8 when he was struggling in Maths, English, and Science. He was in low sets at school and had no confidence. But thanks to the dedication and hard work of The Tutor Centre, he has been jumping sets and has advanced to the top sets for Year 11. He's now being entered for higher GCSE tiers in Maths and Triple Science and his confidence has seen a massive boost. I am now enrolling my year 4 son to get him a head start in education and not waiting until year 8 :-). His time at the Tutor Centre has also seen a total change in mindset from not being interested in academic achievement to a highly motivated student with aspirations to achieve the highest GCSE grades across all subjects, not just the three he is being tutored in at The Tutor Centre. I cannot recommend the Tutor Centre enough.

My dad has been here for 18 months, and his health has improved dramatically. He is unable to walk, due to a stroke, so relies on 2 carers to get him out of bed, into a chair or wheelchair. Lovely courtyard and entertainment arranged regularly. Trips to Chatsworth, and Yorkshire wildlife park recently. Hairdresser once a week, 24 hour monitoring with call buttons. Ensuite toilet washbasin with grab handles. Massive wet room for showers. My dad loves the meals, and has gone from 6 stone to his normal weight of 11 stones.

Thank you for providing an excellent Tutor to help my son taking a year 7 entrance exam. We have used Nottingham tutors before and my son based entrance exam to get into a private school. Emma was excellent in teaching my son English, Math and reasoning. She made sure he understood everything, she provided advise, relevant material and guidance on learning /studying for exams and has been reliable throughout. She has great communication skills with children and us as parents and so much knowledge to share with the children. I highly recommend Emma and Nottingham tutors as i would also like to high light that Rebecca the manager is very nice, always available, replies to emails very quick and would make sure you are satisfied with the service and tutor provided.

Nottingham Tutors have been fantastic and very easy to deal with. We were assigned Pamela who has been a perfect match with our son. She’s taken into account his SEN issues and tailors things to make things manageable for him. Brilliant!

I've been with Mrs Pat for 8 years now and I feel like I've significantly progressed with English. I feel more confident in my writing and I am writing at a more higher standard than how I used to. I've used all the tips and techniques Miss Pat has taught me and that has led me to take English as an A- Level subject.

Pat is a highly skilled and patient teacher! She has improved my brothers GCSE English language and literature grades from grade 2 and 3 to grade 5 in both subjects as his final result this summer. This was achieved through his tutoring lessons with Pat from September start of year 11, up to his June exams. We would highly recommend Pat as she is a great teacher and my brother has always looked forward to the lessons and showed a huge progress throughout the whole year that resulted in good results at the end. We know that the results would have been even better if we found Pat earlier and started his tutoring in year 10!

I recommend Manpreet to those children who struggle with Maths and English. She is very friendly and super patient with my son and gives him lots of ideas how to learn to achive his goals. She is also flexible with her lessons. If my son can’t attend in person there is option for online lessons, which is very handy.

The lessons are targeted to help my daughter focus and built her confidence. She really enjoys the style of teaching and looks forward to her lessons. The tutors are great at building a rapport, which helps with motivation and making the most of the lessons. They always provide a update, giving parents a good insight on progress.

My step son was struggling with Maths due to learning a new language and everything that relocating to a new country brings with it. Because he was struggling he had been placed in a lower maths group at school which was full of kids who had no interest and disrupted lessons. I had to do something and I'm pleased that Mr Walton was recommended to me. Graham Walton was superb in every aspect and my son progressed well with his Maths and my only regret is not asking for help sooner. Graham has a calm manner and seems to know just how to push and encourage at the same time. Graham certainly earned my sons trust and he really looked forward to his weekly tuition. Dr Science has been tutoring my son for a number of months with tangible improvements in his mock results. He is able to develop a rapport with students quickly, thus optimising the learning experience of each student and helping them to realise their full potential. Great Science Teacher – Dr. Rehman Dr. Rehman is a fantastic science teacher. He recaps previous lessons to help students remember and asks questions to test their understanding. He explains topics using real-life examples, making science easier to understand. This helps students learn faster and remember more. Dr. Rehman has his own unique teaching style, using lots of pictures and step-by-step explanations. This makes topics easy to understand and remember. My daughter, who is doing AQA Combined Science GCSE, really enjoys his lessons. His teaching is brilliant, and he truly cares about his students. Highly recommended!
