Absolutely fantastic service from Roman! After losing both my keys, I was hitting dead ends with multiple companies—especially since my car is an older SsangYong. Just when I was about to give up, I found Roman’s company, and I’m so glad I did! He was out to me the very next day and worked tirelessly to cut and program two new keys, even with the challenges of my vehicle; honestly, I wouldn’t have blamed him for giving up on it, but he stuck with it and got the job done. On top of that, my battery had gone flat from sitting for a week and he jump-started it to get me back on the road. All that, and still half the price of just one key from the dealer! Friendly, professional, and genuinely goes the extra mile—highly recommend!

Absolute legend, cannot recommend enough. Bought my car from a dealer and it only came with one key. Was quoted £250 elsewhere to have a spare made, then I lost my only key last week. Same day call out and the car was back up and running with two new keys, for barely any more than the other quote for just a spare key.

Amazing service, very decent price, quick, super kind, goes above and beyond. I was locked out of my car and not only was my door opened in a jiffy, I was also offered a spare set of keys to be made for me on the spot, to avoid this sort of risk in the future. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Excellent service and would highly recommend! I lost my keys to my car and contacted Keys4cars as I was left stranded and didn’t know what to do. Manged to pull the handle off my dressing room door and couldn't get in the room. Called Spec & Fix and Sean attended rapidly unlocking the door in seconds and reattached the door handle. Highly recommend! Great service and friendly guy!

My daughter lost her keys alongside her driving licence so had to have my locks changed, decided to contact spec and fix. Sean came pretty much straight away and changed the front and back door locks. Sean was very professional and friendly, so happy with the work and the locks are so much better and more secure than the ones I had! Very happy! Thank you so much Sean!

I gave the gentleman a call this morning and he was with me within less than half an hour, we had a supplier snap a key off in our door over night and he came straight out and had it sorted for us within an hour of calling him, went above and beyond replaced the whole mechanism for us and also altered the locks on the door to stop this issue happening again. will be recommending to everyone i know. thankyou very much for you speedy and professional service.

Marcus was really quick at responding to my enquiry and then any further questions. He did a great job with my carpets. I have recently moved in and wanted the carpets deep cleaned. Marcus arrived early and talked me through the whole process - really nice guy and really professional. The carpets look brand new - I couldn’t believe it. It has saved us having to lay new carpet! There were even a few stains that Marcus managed to get out too. Great find and would highly recommend Marcus!

The owner came out and let me drive my car into their yard so it was secure may i add this was Outside working hours. Extremely helpful and simply outstanding costumer service. The best hairdresser I've ever had and I wouldnt go anywhere else (even if I move). Kim gets my hair right every time when I show her hair inspiration pictures, and she is so talented when it comes to hair extensions!. The whole team are super friendly and I look forward to going in to have a catch up with them all. The beautician, Steph, is very professional and has provided me with gorgeous gel nails and excellent hair removal treatments. She is so bubbly and friendly too. 10/10.

This salon had been recommended to me, I had a hair cut today, and I am very impressed, I normally travel a 3 hrs round trip to my usual hairdresser, but I decided I need to find a closer salon...
