The staff at conningsby were warm, friendly easy to talk to. Made my new puppy feel comfortable as he was very nervous, the staff were easy to talk to about my concerns. A very pleasant visit here

As usual excellent service and care received from Medivet. This was our first visit to their Coningsby branch as we usually go to the Horncastle branch but it was equally well run. We had a warm friendly welcome and our appointment was on time. Thank you Dave and team for your continuing care of our smooth fox terrier Freddie 🐶.

Brian quoted us for a dry verge installation and the job was done within two weeks. Good set of friendly lads: worked well, kept us informed, tidied-up as they went. They worked around a tight access situation and solved a problem with the tricky design of the existing roof. Very happy with the outcome.

Brian's lads worked very hard to complete the re-roofing of our bungalow, coping well with its quirky-layout & the very hot weather. The team kept any disruption to us to a minimum & were polite & courteous at all times. A good indication of their standard of workmanship has been the many comments made by the other villagers.

I had water ingress down the gable end wall and chimney area. I looked at reviews and BLS roofing were highly rated. Brian came out on a weekend and he immediately knew what the problem was and the best course of action to remedy it. He didn’t try to push for extra work and his quote came through quickly. It wasn’t cheap but right for the job in hand and competitive . I had to wait about a month for a start date but Brian kept me updated. His crew of three arrived and got to work like a well oiled machine. I expected it to take 2 days but it was done in one. The damage and repairs was photographed and shared. Everything was tidied and cleaned as if they had never been. There are a lot of cowboys out there, but BLS roofing is not amongst them and I would not hesitate to recommend and use them again

Contacted them about a leaking valley and 2 flat bay tops. Brian came quickly and assessed the situation and advised us of the solutions. He sent us a quote the same day and on acceptance he gave us an accurate timescale for when he would be able to start. As promised he came when he said and the work was completed over 2 days by 3 very friendly and polite roofers. They took the time to match the tiles by using weathered ones from another area that couldn't be seen and replacing them with the newer tiles. They tidied up after themselves each day. The whole experience was very positive and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been seeing Hannah at John & Associates for several years. The service is excellent. Hannah and the other young women are fantastic, regularly checking that what they are doing meets my needs. Hannah is really helpful, because I prefer to have styles that are easy to look after. Her advice on styles and hair products is invaluable. I highly recommend them.

Definitely 5 stars....Just bought a washing machine and was unsure about what size I needed in my new house. So Alice arranged for someone to come the next day to measure up and check plumbing etc. They then fed back to Alice who recommended ones that would fit. I ordered that day and they fitted it within a couple of days. The fitter was lovely and gave me a brief demo which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend great customer service and I was able to buy local and will definitely use again.

The best hairdresser I've ever had and I wouldnt go anywhere else (even if I move). Kim gets my hair right every time when I show her hair inspiration pictures, and she is so talented when it comes to hair extensions!. The whole team are super friendly and I look forward to going in to have a catch up with them all. The beautician, Steph, is very professional and has provided me with gorgeous gel nails and excellent hair removal treatments. She is so bubbly and friendly too. 10/10.

This salon had been recommended to me, I had a hair cut today, and I am very impressed, I normally travel a 3 hrs round trip to my usual hairdresser, but I decided I need to find a closer salon... We had our locks changed on 3 doors within our property, we have been given a highly professional service from Colin & Ana. There knowledge help us decide on what’s the best choice for our doors locks. The ease of booking with them and how easy it was to take payment via their card machine was a great help. Just knowing this company is an approved locksmith association put our minds at rest knowing we had total professionals dealing with our property.the price was good and will be using again in the future.

I have used Colin and Ana for a number of years both personally and through the business. Their service is second to none, are always available at the end of the phone and consistently deliver a quality product. We used Steve to change the locks on our last two house moves, he is professional, thorough, responds quickly and arrives on-time. He took care to get the right colour products that would match our existing door furniture (which were not standard) and when asked, he gave us great recommendations for some additional locks to increase our security. Overall, he did a great job for us (twice!) and we highly recommend.

Steve assessed my door lock and decided that a repair would fix the problem, rather than going through the more costly option of replacing the lock. I received a full explanation, service was very prompt and I was kept updated with time of arrival. It was also very refreshing to speak to a genuine and friendly businessman!
