My daughter lost her keys alongside her driving licence so had to have my locks changed, decided to contact spec and fix. Sean came pretty much straight away and changed the front and back door locks. Sean was very professional and friendly, so happy with the work and the locks are so much better and more secure than the ones I had! Very happy! Thank you so much Sean!

Manged to pull the handle off my dressing room door and couldn't get in the room. Called Spec & Fix and Sean attended rapidly unlocking the door in seconds and reattached the door handle.
Highly recommend! Great service and friendly guy!

Absolute 5 star service from Spec & Fix Locking Solutions! Rang up over the weekend as the front door lock wouldn’t work, Sean has attended at the agreed time and within minutes the lock was working again. He was very professional and explained what the issue was and what he has done to fix it. Cannot recommend Spec & Fix Locking Solutions enough - thank you Sean for your help!

Door now working better than it ever has after Sean replaced our lock, aligned the hinges and keeps and lubricated the whole thing. Very thankful for him resolving issues caused by our builder's poor door installation.

Locked myself out the house with the key on the inside! Called Sean who was working in Birmingham at the time and said he'd come and help on his way home. He managed to pick the lock in super quick time without any damage to my new door! Would highly recommend - 10/10 service! Thank you so much ☺️
