Our boiler eventually decided to stop working on Christmas Day morning! Simon came out to us a couple of days later and we now have heating and hot water. He was absolutely superb from start to finish, with communications on phone and face to face when he came to fit parts and get it working again. We will be using Optimum again in the near future. A HUGE thank you for sorting us out at a difficult time of the year when everyone usually stops work for a few days.

I had a new boiler installed after my old one had failed. From the start I felt i could trust Simon as he talked me through the different options. Simon, Luke and Bradley arrived at the time they said they would and completed the installation all in one day. They also replaced a valve on one of the radiators and removed some unsightly pipework outside of the house re-routing t the downstairs WC. All works were carried out efficiently and to a high standard; it is evident they take pride in their work. Simon, Luke and Bradley are polite and respectful and a pleasure to meet. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Upon servicing my 24 year old boiler Simon discovered a problem which resulted in having to have a new boiler. He quickly provided a quote and his team fitted it 3 weeks later ( with Christmas break in between). Luke and Bradley are very trustworthy being left in my property, efficient and are a credit to the company I was impressed with how tidy everywhere was left as it wasn't a simple boiler replace. It had to be moved from downstairs to upstairs which caused extra work routing the gas pipes up. They kept me informed throughout. They even went that little bit extra and removed an old wasp nest in my loft. Thanks guys. Simon contacted me after to ensure everything was ok

I cannot recommend Simon and his company highly enough. I first called Simon when I had a problem with my oil tank and also needed my oil boiler servicing early December. Simon was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and very professional whilst being super friendly. He solved the problem with my oil tank and talked about my boiler. I was very impressed that he phoned a couple of weeks later to check everything was working well. Moving to this week I had to call Simon as boiler developed a fault. Knowing my partner had health problems he attended friday evening without hesitation. Sadly boiler fault is terminal( corroded water tank) I have already spoken to Simon about moving to gas and he had supplied a fair quote to change over which I accepted because customer service like Simon provides is priceless. I’m looking forward to Simon fitting my new boiler knowing that it will have been installed to the highest standards.

If you choose optimum plumbing from Yaxley, be aware that in my opinion they are the best plumbers I have ever had the pleasure to contract. Simon the boss, he is a honest and professional person who has always given me fair quotes. I have used Simon and his team for over ten years. They have carried major plumbing works for me from installing a wonderful Worcester boiler in my loft, replacing old pipe work and installing new radiators.
Working with the boss Simon are Bradley and Luke, both young but highly skilled and professional plumbers. I have known them since they were apprentices. I have seen them grow from that first stage to fully qualified plumbers who individually have carried out plumbing jobs for me. Both are polite diligent and tidy workers.

I know from the renovations I have done. No job is straight forward and problems do occur, the thing with Simon luke and Bradley is that they will go out of there way to resolve those issues. For me the are second to none,, and simply the best company and group of people I have ever had the pleasure to meet and work with.
