Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. This is the first time that I have walked out of a dental practice very much looking forward to my next visit !!!

As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! Sejal and Billy are a fantastic team !

Faultless service from first contact. The kindness and support shown when my lovely old boa constrictor sadly had to be put to sleep was amazing, right up to and including when he was collected for cremation. Would 100% recommend this practice!!

Our lovely cat Rosemary of 18years, health deteriorated quickly and when we reached out to our own vet of 20years we couldn’t get an appointment within reasonable time. We contacted Medivet Evegate- Montgomery, who gave us the opportunity to attend straight away and we were seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The whole service and compassion from all staff involved (reception lady who was so kind on the phone when I started crying and she led us into a consultation room and offered drinks and tissues, to the kind vet who was with us till the end with Rosemary ) was second to none. We would highly recommend this veterinary practice. We also received a beautiful card in the post today which meant so much to us. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts!

I used Chapman Electrical to install solar panels. I found the team to be knowledgeable, professional, polite and conscientious. Andy provided great advice as to what system suited my needs and explained the whole process clearly. The installation took a few days and was completed by Jake. The whole team were efficient, tidy, friendly and competent. Once fitted Andy proved all the documentation needed to change energy supplier. Andy also checked in with a few days to make sure I was satisfied with the work, which I was. I would highly recommend this local firm for all aspects of electrical work.

I needed an electrical safety certificate for a house sale. The inspection highlighted some issues which needed to be addressed. Andy was quick to provide a quotation which was reasonable and was then able to carry out the work promptly which we needed as the sale was near completion. Andy and his team carried out the work to a high standard, were punctual and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend or employ again in the future.

Really easy to arrange online. Collection was quick, friendly and the document explained as it was our first time travelling with our dogs. Much more cost effective than using our own vet. Would highly recommend and would use again for any future requirements.

Was let down by our vet we thought we had everything covered but we had not phoned easy pet travel thinking we would miss our slot on the tunnel Phoned up he said come now we was 15 minutes away got there he had all the paperwork done and checked. And give us advise about one of our dogs from going there getting to the train and boarding the train 1 hour 30 minutes Can't thank them enough and got to pet check in the lad who was doing the check in saw they had done the paperwork and said that's fine don't need to check easy pet they are spot on every time Thanks again Forgot the cost we had 2 dogs they did both dogs 60% less than our own vet 2 dogs £200 both dogs Price is has October 2024

Absolute game changer! The application was easy and quick, the docs I had to upload confirming the vaccination had an error but this was not rejected or passed back as an issue to me. Instead, Christoph contacted me and my vets and got it sorted with them directly! Whenever in contact with me, he was so polite and friendly! The payment options are also very convenient and the cert costs half the price that my vet asks! I was kept up to date and everything was confirmed and ready for pick up. The directions to the place were detailed and we had no issue finding the place,which is so conveniently located just by EuroTunnel. The pick up was easy and quick and again the service we received was second to none. I could not wish for anything more. I will not use any other services ever again! Thank you! Absolutely amazing service! They are incredibly responsive and called my own vet to request the details from our dogs, and they were very flexible with the collection time as our ferry got rescheduled. The paperwork was very well explained and we crossed the border without issues. And also important, the price is amazing compared to other vets. We will definitely use them again.

On Wednesday morning, my doggy was still in a lot of pain with her back from a visit to the seaside the Saturday before. By Thursday evening the treatment had worked and she was able to jump back on the sofa, as well as run around with her brothers and stand up at the window again. I have been a patient with Jade Dental Practice for many years, it is a friendly, relaxed practice and I have always had excellent experiences. My regular Dentist left and Adil has replaced her. I was apprehensive about seeing someone new, but after my first visit I left feeling extremely confident. Adil was outstanding, informative and thorough. He advised me that I would need a crown. Throughout the treatment and procedure that was required he clearly explained what he was going to do and you feel like you’re in good hands. I am very impressed with the quality of treatment and service. Overall experience was great too - friendly and helpful reception staff. I would highly recommend Jade Dental Practice.

I had such a lovely experience at Jade Dental this morning, and every time I go. Reception staff are warm and friendly. Afshan is a brilliant dentist and today took extra time with me and did an extra xray to allay my fears of decay lurking inside a tooth she pretty much rebuilt for me last year. Always very kind and caring. I have also had hygiene appointments with Jodie and Suzy both are excellent hygienists. I take both of my children to Jade Dental too and have always had positive experiences. Thank so much Jade Dental!!

I saw Adil yesterday and he was so helpful. I had been in a lot of pain with my tooth, he explained my options and made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. I was nervous as I was having an extraction, but Adil made me feel at ease and it was over a lot quicker than i expected. This was my first visit to Jade Dental Practice, firstly I was impressed by the how clean the reception area was of their Ashford branch, also their reception staff were very friendly and put me at ease straight away. I had to have my teeth cleaned, it’s never a pleasure to visit the dentist, however I was lucky enough to have the treatment carried out by Jodie, straightaway Jodie put me at ease and explained the process and what would be involved, Jodie was very chatty and made me forget that I was at a dentist which is an amazing feeling when a visit to the Denist can be a quite daunting experience. Jodie talked me through the process at every stage and was always checking to make sure I was ok, Jodie had a lovely caring side to her, but came across very professional, I felt I was in very safe hands. I would certainly recommend Jade Dental Practice, I will certainly be returning back to this practice in the future when I require further treatment.

I cant recommend Jade Dental enough. After a very bad experience at another dentist Adil at Jade took me on to finish my invisalign journey when other dentists wouldn't. He was extremely professional, explained everything, was great at keeping in touch and making the process as seamless as possible resulting in me getting my desired results. Because of him and how helpful even the receptionists were I also booked a hygienist appointment at jade over my regular dentist and she was fantastic also. So thorough and taught me a lot so all in all a fantastic dental practice cant recommend enough so thank you guys!

I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

We have recently carried out a complete renovation of our flat, and Adam and his team at Electrically Sound have been working here for more than two weeks. In that time, they have always been friendly, approachable, and extremely efficient. Adam particularly is quite a rare find; a consummate "problem solver" who really seems to work miracles sometimes, when all had seemed lost!
