First visit and after record breaking wet weather. Course was still very playable and some wonderful views within a varied selection of 9 holes. Few dog legs and elevation changes makes the layout a good test. Course Manager very friendly and helpful.

I had a golf training session with a charity. Great few hours. Beautiful golf course and location enjoyed a drink and drinks on the clubhouse patio. Friendly people all around. I will definitely go next week.

Nice and warm sausage roll. Very tasty. The staff were friendly and nice. My experience was truly exceptional. Lovely course. Variety of holes with up and down, left and right turns. Not too many bunkers which I liked Mostly a even course (left-right) although a couple of holes with some lean on them Well maintained course, especially given the current wet conditions. Great views and wonderful lighting across the course, nice trail through trees too

A gourmet feast to tantalise the taste buds which doesnt break the bank. Attended the Gourmet Night with Paul and Ali Leary and it exceeded expectations, overall nobody in my party had a bad word to say. The food was brilliant and well presented, all five courses really hit the spot but for me the two stand out dishes were the starter of duck and the main of beef. Will definitely be looking to attend another of these events in the future.

This was a great evening out. Initially the self serve ball machine did not accept cards so had to go to Clubhouse and pay for tokens for the machine, which was not to far so did not delay starting by more than a few minutes. The interactive screens are a great touch, nice to see how well (or bad!) you are doing! Mine didn’t register to many times as it didn’t leave the floor very much and therefore not picked up by the camera. We went later in the evening so was very quiet, had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves and relax while playing.

Nipped in to play footgolf,9 holes sharing the pitch and putt course. 2 adults, a child and 1 ball hire. £22.... took about an hour. Take your own football, a little saving. A visit to the bar,outside seating,food also served. All in all a very pleasant way to spend a couple of hours.

Great course, very well thought out. Some very tricky holes. Has been designed with a lot of thought. Very interesting story as you go around the course, love the story of Loughborough. Very interesting and give the course another element. I have only dropped a star because for the explicit content playing while we were playing. I'm not overly precious about it as my children are slightly older but I wouldn't be happy of my children had been slightly younger.

I had my sons 10th birthday party here last week. This kids loved it, adventure golf followed by an hour of footy on their 3G pitch was great. After all the activities they tucked into the included food which the kids also loved. On top of all that they stayed open an extra 30 minutes to accommodate our booking. Excellent value and amazing value. Massive thanks to the awesome lady that sorted our booking out (forget her name).

Lovely place to go with the family. We had great fun playing crazy golf and the kids all had pizzas which were very nice. Some heaters in the games room would be good (and extra cues for the pool table) and at times the music was a little explicit!

Great experience! First time playing at this course and popped in for a quick 9 holes and would have been fine figuring it out but I didn’t have too! Had a lovely chat with the attendant there who’s a lovely chatty bloke who walked me through where each hole was which was much appreciated! The people there let me play through where needed which was nice. Unfortunately the 6th hole was closed but I wasn’t bothered about that though I’m confused on why they charged for 9 holes when I only got to play 8 but that’s not too much of an issue, the grass was well kept, greens were a bit dry and bouncy but I was warned of that ahead of time by the attendant. Overall it was a lovely day and course to practice my short game as the holes ranged from about 60 - 173 yards. Made to feel very welcome and it was a pleasant experience. Well done! Would give 4.5 if I could but the lack of the 6th hole knocks it down a little Lovely little course with great community playing on it. Will definitely be coming back!

Really good course and great value for money! Very friendly chap ( Steve) who works there who helped us improve our game and had a nice chat with us making us feel welcomed. Defo recommended and will be back soon! 18 holes ranging from around 70 yards to 190 which helps you practice different aspects of ur game!

Great pitch and putt. Longest hole 188 yds. Cheaper than the driving range to practice your game. Grass on fairways can be a little long at times, but it's looking great at the moment.

Had our wedding reception here last summer. Paul was extremely helpful with planning the day, always friendly and offering good advice. Matt the chef provided a fantastic menu for 80 people including vegan and gluten free. It's a great location with everything you could need. We could not have had a better day which was thanks to the amazing staff and lovely venue.

I spent a wonderful afternoon yesterday (12th June 2024) playing this beautiful course. It always helps when the weather is good, however the course was beautifully presented, attention to detail clear to see. This is a challenging course from the outset; the first hole a 180 yards uphill par three! The greens throughout the course were superb requiring concentration to avoid three putting or worse. The elevated tee to the downhill par three 15th is so picturesque and requires an accurate tee shot as water awaits those who stray left. The Clubhouse was comfortable and food was of a good standard. I would recommend Longcliffe Golf Club without hesitation, I’m sure the members never tire of playing it.

Went for daughters wedding meal. The setting was stunning. Staff were excellent and meal was superb. Managers advice for the occasion was first rate. Beautiful location.

I'm a member here. I joined firstly because I started coming to the range. Ended up getting a lesson and then played the coursea couple of times. The course, at times, esp off seasons, could be in better condition but this summer it has honestly been amazing. I really enjoy it. It's challenging but not so much you regret turning up when you're not having a good day. The back 9 is really fun. The food in the bar isn't great. Never tried the restaurant? Seating area round the back next to 9/18 holes is great place to relax before or after a round.

The most beautiful spacious restaurant with incredible views of the golf course. The staff were amazing, so welcoming. The food was fabulous especially the cauliflower cheese with mustard seeds. We will very much be back again. Thank you.

The new driving range is very good. Much nicer than before with lots of space for groups behind each bay. The end bays 16-19 do not have Toptracer, however the earlier numbered bays do. What makes up for it though is that these later bays have additional seating, so great to bring families along. The Diamond suite looks nice, being enclosed, so good for those who want some privacy from the masses, while the Platinum is the top level offering, with putting and a sofa. Would be nice if all bays had Toptracer, and the range seems shorter than it used to be, however the facility itself is now top notch and a couple of steps above most driving range 'sheds'.

This place is amazing we had the most delicious Sunday Roast here which was cooked to perfection and was a treat. The service was excellent - special shout out to our service manager Dev Patel he was courteous, professional and very polite. Our food came pipping hot fresh from the kitchen and you could really tell that that quality of the produce was locally sourced and fresh. I had the chicken and belly pork which was moist and literally melted in your mouth. We ordered extra cauliflower and cheese on the side which added to the already mountain of sides you get with the roast perfectly. Best Sunday Roast in Leicestershire hands down! Can’t wait for next Sunday!!

Good course and plays well all year round. Can be a bit windy at times, making the par 3’s particularly challenging, but that’s part of golf. Well maintained greens but some of the bunkers could do with some TLC. Friendly staff and some nice food options both pre round breakfast and post round meals. Chilli was fantastic and my buddy had a boss looking gammon, egg and chips.

We all had a fabulous heart warming time at the generously large function room to celebrate a 40th Wedding Anniversary. The establishment is in great condition with friendly professional staff, fast bar service and polite waiting staff. The mains and desserts came out promptly and tasted fantastic (so hats off to the chef and team). The food was well presented and looked very appetising. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for any similar functions such as birthday parties 🎉.

We had a Sunday lunch birthday party there yesterday and I want to congratulate everyone involved for an amazing event. The room was decorated beautifully and the food was absolutely fantastic, the best meal I have ever had! I wish we lived closer as we would be regular visitors.

First visit in a seniors open, really enjoyed the day, made welcome from the start, bacon cob and a coffee, good quality and great service. Didn't play particularly well, but I enjoyed the course. The bunkers weren't great, but they are in the process of having new sand. Course in excellent condition and the greens great, lovely 18th par 3 to finish.....I did par it!! I would have no hesitation in going back.

Great golf course, went with a couple mates, only played the 9 of 18 holes due to first time playing. Most were in the range of 95 yards, so you didn't need to walk very far to get to the ball. It's open to both members and non members. Be sure to keep your receipts on you as they come and check. Parking is free, they also have bar and seating area outside which your served by waiter (for covid reasons). They do have driving range, will be revisiting next time.

Had our wedding here at the end of April. Absolutely amazing venue and staff. They catered to all of our needs no fuss, always happy to help and answer questions. Room set up was super easy, they stayed until we were done and let us crack on. On the day again, very accommodating, set up all the food as we needed it, as soon as anything was empty, fresh food was straight back out and topped up. Once the wedding party was over, they cleared everything up and stored it all away for us to collect at our convenience. The venue itself is brilliant. Great lit up room, plenty of sun coming in with an amazing outdoor area and view with the lake, perfect for photos. Once it got dark, the lights in the middle of the room turned on to whatever colour you want them for more personal effect. Thank you all for an amazing day, the staff are amazing. Highly recommend.
