Very good course with a lot of challenging tee shots and a lot of elevation, it’s well looked after and sign posted well as you need that for holes 7/8 and 15 because all 3 fairways are split and divided by trees

Just had a great day at Deane. We played 28 holes, 10 in the morning and 18 in the afternoon. The weather overnight hadn't been great but the course was in fantastic condition with very tricky greens. Very friendly members and staff who were very helpful explaining the new layout and ongoing changes to the course. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to this excellent course with some very challenging holes
Great food, great course, great people. Went on a Sunday and had an incredible slow roasted beef brisket with all the trimmings. Friendly crowd and beautiful scenery as you look out over the 18th hole.
Nice club house, clean & modern overlooking the golf course. Pleasant friendly staff. I went with friends to see a Play upstairs "Ladies Day" by Phoenix Theatre which was very entertaining. The room is small so it got hot quickly but thankfully someone opened a window at the interval. A small intimate room for watching a play.
Recently had my Nans funeral wake here and it was perfect. The staff were super helpful and Joanne who organised the booking was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us at a very hard time. The food we chose was pie and peas and a buffet selection which was highly complimented by everybody! Service, food, staff and venue were all spot on and I would highly recommend. Thanks Joanne and the team
