We booked the Stamford Golf Club as a venue to hold a family members wake. From first enquiry right through to the day, I was reassured and details were clarified by staff.
Nothing was too much trouble. The hot & cold buffet we orderd was so tasty and set out beautifully. We had some guests who had dietary requirements and it was no trouble to the staff to ensure their food was top notch standard and carefully labelled to avoid contamination. Excellent value for money.
The venue itself is beautiful, we were able to utilise the patio area outside, with fabulous views of the local hillsides and fairway.
The staff were so kind and accomodating, our afternoon ended up extending into early evening. Lovely bar area with a well stocked bar and friendly staff.
I won't hesitate to use them again for any further functions.
Thank you to all the staff who helped make our sad day, that little bit brighter.

Couldn't fault anything. Very hearty portion of meat(s) and help yourself to the rest. Spotlessly clean tables set out nicely with crisp white table linen. Reasonably priced food too 😋
