Ben called promptly to give us a quote for hedge cutting and was knowledgeable and polite. Ben was realistic with his timing of being able to carry out the job. He turned up when he promised to with his brother George & worked very hard & efficiently. They kept us well informed of all matters related to the job and were always most polite. The job was first class and their work was always neat and tidy. The job start to finish was excellent and we've booked Ben to call again in Spring to trim the hedges again. We have no hesitation in recommending Ben for any hedge cutting work which you may have.

Good job done at a fair price. If I was to give abit of constructive criticism Paul could have done with a taller step ladder so he could reach and do the tops better, also I would have prefered sheets put down to catch the cuttings rather than a blower at the end as I still had to clear bits up, but I do have very high standards myself so maybe I'm being abit picky. I would have painted gardener again and recommend them to others. See photos.

Rick and his team have done an impressive job replacing the scraggly patchy grass with artificial grass. Their work ethic is fab, they arrive at 0800 and work solidly throughout the day , they are great to have around friendly and polite with a gsh. I appreciate we chose the very good quality grass but it wouldn’t be anywhere near as fabulous if the preparation work hadn’t been done correctly. I thoroughly recommend Rick and his fab team, so much so, they’re coming back to replace the very uneven patio.

From day one, the team were extremely supportive of the ideas for renovation and adaptable when the circumstances changed; especially when the scope kept expanding, adding further tasks. L&R have transformed a wild front and back garden into 7 new areas. Out went the untamed boarders, shrubs and brambles, in came a blank canvas back to seeded grass; wrap around patio across the whole of the rear of the property; new off-road gravel parking, 3 wonderful bespoke sheds, wooden gazebo ready for Lazy spa/hot tub or winter outdoor seating area; new concrete driveway linking the front drive to the rear garden; and a new first impression front garden with new paths and drain covers. Throughout the project, the team were professional and hard working, cheerful during challenging moments, and adaptable when the weather changed. We are extremely grateful to L&R and the service they provided. Looking forward to enjoying the garden in 2025.

Terry came almost immediately, inspected, accurately assessed and quoted a most reasonable cost to rectify the loss of felt tiles. After accepting, one of his men arrived the next day and professionally replaced the tiles - also gave remedial attention to the whole roof. I will not hesitate in recommending this Company.

Live in the area for years but this is the first visit. Looks like the garden centre side is winding down but the restaurant is very busy. Carvery is perfect with good servings and fairly priced. Would liked some low level background music and it needs aircon as quite hot. Definitely be back though.

Nice little nursery people most helpful. The restaurant is first class have been many times before. The Sunday carvery is as good as home cooking and good value for money general with a choice of three different meats, yorkshire pudding, stuffing ball with a choice of seasonal vegetables and delicious gravy and sauce's as well. Would definitely recommend.

Took my elderly mum here for a meal yesterday and she absolutely loved it. There is plenty of room for social distancing and she felt safe and comfortable. The staff are lovely, nothing was too much trouble and the food was delicious. Prices are good too. Will definately be taking mum back. She has not been out to eat since last October and felt very comfortable here. Very spacious and delicious food. They have some wonderful plants too! Thank you so much. It was a lovely eating out experience with my mum.

Popped in for the tea room, walked through the garden centre, with plants and pots for sale. Got a very warm welcome and good service. There is a mix for table and chairs, inside, in conservatory and couple outside. Large range of food selection, full breakfast and dinner offering, and freshly homemade cakes. Nice for a little stop.
