Just wanted to say how chuffed I’ve been today as a first time customer.

To take a delivery of gravel within 24 hours of ordering was excellent.

Your driver had to cope with a very narrow, twisty road up into our village. He then very professionally fork lifted the sand up a slope to the perfect spot by the church - thereby saving us considerable effort. He then very skilfully u-turned in a tight spot to get out.

Very efficient and friendly service with a smile.

20 sq mts may only be a dot on the landscape to Sherebourne but it is my complete back lawn. Sherebourne Turf have been a shining star in these bleak times. I have been treated with expert advice, a quality product, all delivered on time and from a friendly helpful team. I now have a new lawn to go with my new path down the garden. First rate. Just wanted to say how incredibly impressed I was with your customer service. I bought a top of the range lawnmower from an on line retailer 3 months ago which had a fault from the start. The retailer didn’t want to know. I contacted Sherborne Turf who told me to bring it in. 2 days later I had a brand new replacement mower. As far as I am concerned Sherborne Turf defines customer service.

Amazing service from start to finish. Turf is excellent quality and doesn't use the plastic netting! Which is why I choose Sherborne, unlike Rowland and others.
The lorry driver was superb and the fork lift truck made it easy.

Very impressed first time customer here. I needed some mushroom compost and saw online that I could collect some in my own bags and 'weigh and pay' at Sherborne Turf. The end to end experience was friendly and organised with the compost itself reasonably priced. Didn't know they were here before or the range of products available but have already recommended to family.
