Great experience learning some new games with the staff speeding up the process by explaining the basic rules to us. Incredibly delicious pizzas - classic options like pepperoni and BBQ chicken and other more unique ones such as Mediterranean and spinach and mushroom. Booking is a must as it's a very popular venue and 3 hours is recommended as the time flies!!

This was an incredibly fun and entertaining experience. They have every board game you could possibly want from quick casual games to prolonged involved experiences. The food is also good and sold at very reasonable prices. I can wholeheartedly endorse this location and I will be returning in the future.

UPDATE: Since I wrote the review below, Board Cafe have started doing food, and it is excellent. The sourdough pizzas are among the best we've had anywhere. You're here for the games, and they have a super selection of quality games in very good condition. You want to be guided in how to play new ones, and the staff are genuine enthusiasts and generous in the help they offer. You'll sustain yourself with decent drinks at a good price, and they've got that covered - the coffee is barista quality, and friends who like that sort of thing said they love the milkshakes. There are alcoholic treats, too ... perhaps for customers who aren't as competitive as us! They are building a kitchen upstairs to do food in future, and in the meantime they have been inventive with the cake selection and snack menu. We got the "three bowls for ÂŁ5" offer this time - sour jelly sweets, chocolate buttons and Doritos, which helps create a party atmosphere. We've been here with a group of 10, twice in a group of 4 and today as a couple, and each time we've had a great experience (see picture of Wingspan, a lovely game based on the idea of building a bird reserve). Book your table in advance - this is a very popular place.

What a lovely surprise 30th meal for my partners birthday. Gabriela is such an amazing host, couldnât thank her enough for all her help with organising. The food was outstanding! I came across this restaurant by chance when in Sherborne. The food was absolutely delicious. I had a starter and main dish. The duck was superb - so tasty and delicious. The service was really good too. I will come back again with my husband next time. I haven't tasted such delicious food in a long time. đ

Decent lunch. I would have preferred a bit less of the âbruleeâ and a bit more crab meat, maybe with a bit of a citrus twist. We saved our bread and butter that came out at the start as it does need that. The meat (chicken and duck) were good quality but maybe lacked a bit of seasoning. Fries were tasty.

Ben and his staff are very friendly and helpful. They were quickly able to arrange a date to come and see what needed doing. Then I was given a wide range of dates for the work to be done, at my convenience. Ben arrived promptly and only took as long as he said he would to complete the work. He answered my questions, both in person and by email and cleaned up afterwards. We had four different lights that needed to be dealt with and now they all look lovely and work perfectly. I have already found them so useful. Would highly recommend Yeovil Electrics.

Ben came to fit a bathroom extractor fan and I was particular in what I wanted (a high extraction rate, loft installed in-line fan, on a timer). I'm pleased the quote was competitive, the communication excellent, and the job was done to a very high, clean standard. My bathroom is now steam free. A food stall at the end of the beach, about a 5min walk. Outdoor seating but sometimes not enough as it gets busy, beware of the gulls!! A great view out over the beach & water. We had a bit of wait because they were flat out. It provides breakfasts up to 11am but you can still buy baguettes. Usual hot n cold drink, & other food, not cheap but youâre paying for the location.

A small country pub in a little village, with 2 comfortable accommodation rooms in the pub and a shepherd's hut in the grounds above the pub. A bonys is the kingsize beds. The landlord and team were very welcoming, and there was a good selection of food and drink. Work is in progress to make improvements to the ground above the pub to enjoy the views. It is very dog friendly.
