James and his team have just finished the installation of a GivEnergy Solar solution at our home. Sympathetically installed so as to minimise impact to the local area, the installation comprises eight 420W GivEnergy Solar panels, a GivEnergy 3.6kW Hybrid Inverter, a 9.5 kWh GivEnergy storage battery with design expansion for a second, and a Zappi 7 kW EV charger. The inverter and battery were installed in a purpose-built outside store complete with insulation, air flow, and fully compliant to the installation requirements of the equipment manufacturer. This is the fourth project that James has delivered for us where once again he has demonstrated his ability to meet my exacting standards and high demand for quality, precision and trust. We had Home Heroes recommended to us and they certainly did not disappoint. Matt, Mark and Owen moved our boiler from its original cupboard to a much more suitable location dismantling an old shower and partition wall in the process and fitted all new radiators. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish and the pricing was very reasonable. They were all very professional and tidied up at the end of each day's work. A pleasure to have working in our home they get 5* from us. Looking forward to them coming back to do the bathrooms next. 😊

What can I say, great customer service - Family run business. Very knowledgeable, service and of parts, with cost. Extremely easy to get an appointment, regardless of how busy Home Heroes are, thank you. The Plumber who attended site, was easy to talk to, distilling confidence, keen to talk through what he will be doing and why. Quick repair/replacement of Shower Thermostat/Valve. Billing is so easy and reasonably priced, quick to do. I was emailed a receipt for payment, which I thoroughly appreciated. We had We Heat install a new boiler and replace 3 radiators. They did a fantastic job including minimising the disruption while the work was taking place. Very professional and easy to deal with from the initial survey thorough the the work itself. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

Fantastic company, really brilliant and friendly service . All staff I dealt with went to extra trouble to solve my boiler and hot water tank issues promptly, in one case staying until eight pm to finish the job. Every time I have used them, work and repairs have been scheduled quickly, despite the extra distance they had to travel, and regular updates provided so we didn’t need to wait home all day. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and the bills I have received have been extremely reasonable. Thank you to all the team!

Me and my partner came in on the 4th July after being in town and the food was absolutely amazing, it is easily the one of top 3 pizzas i’ve ever had in my life and the owner was very friendly and took the time to have a conversation with us I honestly couldn’t recommend coming here enough!

Charlie is an expert at his work. You can't go wrong with him. I had a leak in the bathroom and one other plumber failed to resolve it. It took sometime to get an appointment with Charlie but once he came, the work was flawless and reasonable pricing as well.

Priestfield Plumbing sorted out two straightforward but very urgent repairs at rental properties for me including a flooded kitchen on a Saturday afternoon and another tenant with no hot water. These guy's renovated the entire bathroom, fitted a brand new bathroom suite, pump, walk in shower, tiling, furnishings etc. Absolutely fantastic service, quality workmanship, great guys, careful when accessing the rest of the house, kept everything clean and tidy throughout the works. The most amazing and welcoming space I've ever had the pleasure of entering and being a part of. The owner, Jenny, is a pioneer in supporting artists, creators, and makers, as well as offering a safe space for hosting events and championing eco products for dogs. A gorgeous selection of cakes and savouries, and now sandwiches! As well as THE best hot chocolate I've ever had. A true hub for the community of Gillingham, which I couldn't imagine it without.

Been to this amazing Cafe lots of times but never left a review. We absolutely love this place ! My dog goes crazy for the dog biscuits and ice cream. We love the coffee cakes and the sandwiches look so good. It’s really important to support these local independents as the town will be a quiet place without them.

Coffee & Canines is a really lovely, friendly coffee shop. You're made to feel welcome even without a dog. There are plenty of drinks to choose from, both hot and cold, as well as sandwiches and the most delicious cakes, including seasonal themed cakes like the one in the photo!!
