On each occasion that I contacted this company, someone got back to me on the same day that I left a message. When an appointment was made, the electrician turned up on time and did a professional job. All the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful

Stu and Kevin were brilliant. The work wasn't easy but they completed everything even though it took more than one visit! Everything was professional, neat and tidy. Can't fault the work. Would recommend the company to everyone. They went above and beyond. Very good value as well!

We changed the missmatched under cupboard and dodgy cooker hood lights. Stuart has changed halogen to LED so that they are all the same, and replaced broken ones. In the process he discovered that the extractor hose outlet had been bodged. The sticky tape (!) had disintegrated. He went back to the wholesaler to get the right sized reducer. Such a nice man. He is the first ‘leccy’ that has actually taken the trouble to find out why stuff wasn’t working. Everything is now safe, working as it should, and the lights are all the same colour! A very pleasant change from the previous numpties! Definitely a keeper. Thank you Grays. PS Can’t comment on ‘value’ as we haven’t had the bill yet but we will be delighted whatever it is!

I was having some shelves made. I popped out and when I returned the carpenter frantically advised me that all of the downstairs sockets had stopped working. This included the kitchen, with a fridge full of food. I rang P.N Gray at 15:00. I left a message and Michael returned my call immediately. He said that he would send Stewart McIntyre. Stewart arrived quickly. Within 15 minutes he had established what the problem was. He repaired it instantly, restoring power to the kitchen before the milk had even started to get warm. I cannot begin to say how excellent P. N. Gray is. This is the second time that they have responded quickly to my electrical problems - the previous incident was related to a faulty smoke alarm sensor. Michael is cordial and responsive, and Stewart was efficient and professional. He was even thoughtful of the carpenter's embarrassment. I would highly recommend P.N Gray for your electrical needs.

Kind, considerate and very professional approach given. I always feel welcome and that the dentist is prioritising my needs and wellbeing. I am 70 years old and have never known a dentist apologise for the very occasional pain caused before I found this gem of a lady.

Two appointments,one for check up and the other one for the hygienist. Ladies in reception had organised one straight after the other. The lady dentist does make a very thorough review, and the hygienist lady does a thorough clean. Came out feeling looked after. Have been with this practice for years and not going elsy.

Excellent dentists and assistants. In this day and age I am not supposed to say this but they are "all good looking". I suppose after saying that, I will be taken away to a place of execution and shot. We are all able to get dentistry on the N H S providing the practice is registered with the N H S. It's not the dentist that is registered but the practice.

I was terrified of going to the dentist for years, and had most of my treatment under sedation in Bournemouth, My dentist was so good at my dentist, and gradually gave me my confidence back, and with their support I can sit in the chair and have any treatment with being so nervous 10/10 Thank you so much 👏👏

I unfortunately had a filling come away from a front tooth, I felt awful and embarrassed.....I did not anyone to see it. I managed to get an appointment quickly with a lady dentist....she gave me advice on what she could do for me, after discussing my options I went for veneers on my two front teeth....she worked on my teeth for a mould to be taken. I then had to go back for another mould to be taken.....my third appointment was to have the veneers fitted. The whole experience was amazing from the receptionist, dentists and assistance, I could not thank them enough.....thank you once again x

I have just visited Princes Street for a wisdom tooth extraction. I have had this wisdom tooth for 40 years and, until recently, I had never had any problem with it. The whole process of extraction was not what I was expecting. The dentist was gentle with the local anaesthetic and the extraction. Thank you very much to all concerned.

After 20 years of poor dentists I have finally found an excellent one. I can’t recommend highly enough. Marius has rebuilt by back bottom teeth through white fillings and proper fitted crowns, all for a very affordable price.

Needed an emergency appt with a very unhappy tooth, I'm not the best patient when it comes to Dentists but I have to say the receptionist, the nurse and Andon were fantastic. A difficult extraction but he explained everything and I felt very much at ease, Andon actually made me laugh (which would never happen at a dentist usually!) Thank you all, a good experience and thank you for a quick, professional service. 10/10.

I recently attended Carlton Dental Practice for root canal treatment. Very few can say they enjoy going to the dentist, and in my case, my appointment was scheduled for 90 minutes. So, it was with some trepidation, that I presented myself to Dr Fahrad and his assistant, Kelly. 90 minutes has never passed so quickly, and at one point, I felt myself nodding off, such was the incredible standard of care that I received. Dr Fahrad has treated me before, and he is a consummate professional along with all of the CDP team.

I had broken tooth that needed extraction, I called here to inquire. Claire in reception was extremely helpful and when I told her that I would be a very nervous patient having not visited a dentist in years, she was incredibly mindful and caring, she booked me in with a dentist she felt would suit my needs best. Dr Fehrad was brilliant. Very patient and explained everything he was going to do. They even let me keep my tooth! I can't recommend them enough.

Dropped into the Black Dog for dinner for the first time in nearly 20 years. A fondly remembered pub delivered to the moment, well kept and served beers, but it was the food that blew me away. Went for the venison, black pudding and melted stilton burger off the specials board, wow! Seasonal menu and table decorations, nice touches all around, highly recomended. Whilst the venison burger becomes a must for me, great food selection, right across the board.

Staying at a local holiday park and after a quick google search for dinner recommendations, we decided to book a table at the black dog! Food was lovely, I had the green curry which was delicious and my husband had the gammon which he also enjoyed. Kids loved their dishes and after coming from Surrey the prices were very reasonable. Would definitely return.

I was staying close by at a holiday park, and searched for somewhere kid friendly to eat for dinner. The Black Dog is a lovely pub, which is warm and inviting on the inside, with a lovely playground and seating outside. Food was absolutely delicious! Was the best lamb chop dinner I've had in a long time! Everyone enjoyed their dinner and puddings, so much so we've added this place to our favourite's list! Very kid and dog friendly! We will definitely be back again!
