Kieran was brilliant- punctual, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Carried out the work we had agreed on, plus went out of his way to help sort out a problem with my kitchen cupboard, which was over and above his remit. He left the area clean and tidy and was on hand to answer questions even after the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and will definitely use him again in the future.

I would highly recommend Osprey Plumbing services. The business director and owner, Kieran, is reliable and very approachable. He fitted a new combi-boiler in my house recently and I am so pleased with his work. He is efficient and a very conscientious and neat worker, he cleaned up after himself so well you wouldn’t know we’d had any work done. On top of this, Kieran doesn't charge over-the- top, ridiculous prices. His pricing is reasonable and fair.

As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. I’ve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like you’re stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. I cannot imagine any of my previous dentists taking this amount of trouble. I feel confident in knowing that Ahmad and his team will always strive to choose the best treatment I need.

Malcolm has undertaken work for us since we have been living in Dorchester over the last six years. I would not use anyone else. He is extremely reliable and all his work is carried out with the utmost precision and care for detail. Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. Our 20 year old gas boiler was replaced with a new Worcester Bosch unit by MJS. The whole process from quote to installation took just three weeks. We were impressed with the friendly and professional approach throughout and, apart from a minor issue in connecting the programmer to the boiler, the installation went without a hitch. Joe and his colleagues did the electrical work and plumbing on our houses renovation. The electrical work carried out (mainly) by Aaron and his trusty assistant Billy is superb. Aaron is extremely methodical in his approach and it shows with the end result. We also had a mini wet room built. The end result is stunning. The tiling and the tanking beneath the tiling was done to an extremely high standard. The tiler Steve is a lovely chap and again, extremely methodical in his approach. Towards the end of the project the final bits of plumbing were completed by plumber Aaron and John. Again the work was to a high standard and it was a pleasure having them in our home. We would definitely recommend using Joe and his team and we will be next spring for the other bathroom to be renovated. Thanks Joe and team. Andy and Lisa. Also I think it’s wonderful that Joe takes on apprentices, to train the next generation of electricians.

I have been considering creating an en suite shower room and effecting some external works at my property but was somewhat daunted by managing a project. Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating Services and James Newsam Construction were recommended by neighbours. Joe and James, who often work in collaboration, came to assess what was required and quote a week after contact. Options were discussed, sensible advice given and a detailed quote and anticipated start date followed shortly thereafter. The Project commenced on the agreed start date with a team of professional, pleasant, experienced, local trades arriving one after the other! all were well-briefed, hard working and consulted me in relation to any decisions (style of doors, placement of switches etc) as necessary. The ethos and importance of "Customer Satisfaction" was obvious throughout. Any queries I had were responded to by Joe or James, usually within the hour. Joe managed the sequence of events entirely for all the electrical and plumbing work, which was completed to a very high standard. I am delighted with my new En Suite Shower Room, it is spacious, practical and stylish and will doubtless add value to my property. I have no hesitation in recommending Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating, who I will definitely use again. PS the final Invoice was exactly as quote and I literally could not fault any part of the service I received.

We've been super-happy with Joe and his colleagues. Highly recommended. We discoevered Joe through a previous small job at our colttage where they were sub-contracted by our builder. This week, they replaced a whole lot of ageing night-storage heaters with modern, programmable radiators at our rather old and crumbly cottage in Dorset. Joe gave great advice, answering every email really quickly. We were away when they did the job over a couple of days. We returned to find everything completed absolutely perfectly. The cabling from our meter was rewired as needed. Everything just right. New radiators installed, firmly fixed to our walls of various weird and historic materials. Other than the radiators being installed, we wouldn't have known they'd been here! The heavy old contraptions full of grime and bricks had been dismantled and taken away without any fuss, or dust. Through no fault of theirs, one of the new radiators had a little fault. They responded instantly and had sourced and installed a new one within 24 hours. Unbelievable! Everything friendly, cheerful, efficient, responsive and charged exactly the price agreed in advance. We are very happy (and warm!) bunnies indeed. Thank you Joe and Mark! We would highly recommend and am more than satisfied with the services provided by LET Electrical & renewables. Right from the initial introduction to Lewis and his services he was very informative and he patiently listened and answered all questions. Lewis handled all paperwork and assisted with the finance application and kept us updated at every stage of the order and installation. On the day of the installation Lewis and his team were very efficient and patient with us and the dogs! and kept everywhere very tidy as they worked. On finishing took all rubbish and insured that we understood how the solar panels and batteries worked and set us up with the app to view the savings (Which becomes addictive).

Dr Varun, Holly, this practise, is just astounding! I had a dental emergency, I had lost a rather large filling which was incredibly close to my nerve, which was causing me a LOT of pain. After ringing my dentist and them telling me I could only be seen in 5 weeks, I quickly (whilst slightly panicking) googled emergency dentists in my area. National Dental, in Dorchester, popped up with some great reviews, so I decided to ring them. After explaining my situation, Holly made me an appointment for 2 hours time (relief)! I was ever so slightly nervous due to the sheer pain of my tooth, and having some bad experiences in the past with it. Dr Varun, and Holly, were both incredibly reassuring, and Dr Varun explained in detail every step of the procedure, showed me what was going to happen on a model of some teeth, he couldn't have been any clearer, even explaining every detail of what was happening during the procedure. Now, when I tell you that they operate on a pain free basis, I mean it! I didn't feel a single thing, despite the sensitivity and close proximity to the nerve of my tooth. The procedure was done quickly, but not rushed! Which is something a lot of dentist do, RUSH! I left completely pain free, with my dental problem treated, all within the space of 4 hours! I can not thank, or recommend, this team and practise enough!

I had a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Varun Barath last week and I must say, he is truly an outstanding dentist. From the moment I walked into his practice, I was impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Dr. Barath took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to me, outlining both the negatives and positives so that I could make an informed decision about my aching tooth. I had a consultation with Dr Barath today, the session started with a professional greeting from the staff and Dr Barath himself, he then provided a comprehensive examination and X-rays, followed by a full report on what he had found. The level of expertise from Dr Barath was fantastic and I had total confidence in his advice, I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me how to take better care of my teeth and why it’s so important to have a care routine at home in place as well as clinical intervention. I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. He was very tidy, always using dust sheets and vacuuming up after every visit. You wouldn't have known he'd even been here. We will never use anyone else. Do use Chris, you won't be disappointed.
