What a team from the dentist to the receptionist, Very professional and the standard of work is pure perfection. My son was nervous having his first ever filling, as a mum you feel awful putting your child through this but the wonderful Jenny made us both feel relaxed and fully communicated with my son what was going to happen. Extremely professional, friendly and instantly made my son feel at easy. Highly recommend Jenny, especially for children

Prior to being a patient at the Gardens Dental Practice I used to be very anxious about going to the dentist, I can honestly say all members of the team are warm and professional and put you at ease from the minute you walk through the door. Izzie deserves a particular mention for her excellence, but she is also caring and gentle. My teeth are so dramatically improved, her work is exceptional and I am so grateful. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. The service offered is exceptional and I could not be happier with my choice of dentists. Thank you to all of the team!

I have been a patient with The Gardens Dental Practice for about three years. The condition of my teeth has improved significantly in that time. The most recent enhancement was a very successful implant. Treated nicely at my assessment appointment Than You and given my options. It’s all got very expensive. I have to wait a month to be treated which is a worry, hope I can hold out that long. Though I am on a list to pick up any cancellations.

I am Always treated very well at dental concepts and have been having appointments for several years. All staff and nurses are friendly and welcoming. No question is ever left unanswered. The Care provided is 100 percent with reasurance during each visit. Treatment is above and beyond, appointments made within a quick time span. Cannot recommend my dentist enough! 1 happy customer.

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. My first visit to Dorset Dental Cinic I was most impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. A plan was quickly put together. The staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. As a nervous patient I was very quickly put at ease. 5 stars from me.

The team fitted an Arlo smart door bell for me. I spent some time speaking to different companies because I specifically wanted the wired version which has done extra installation requirements. I had an issue with my electric sockets in my house which happened over night and I was having an issue to find the cause/source for the problem. After long day at work it was challenge to get some one to come around to fix. I "googled" found this SES LTD. When called spoken to Jonathan who patiently listened to my story and explanation of events and what I tried so far. He kindly gave me some further guidance and advice what else to try and after 2 more calls over the next 20 min we found the cause. Jonathan does not know me and I didn't know him, however he treated me like he is just a friend who would happily to help out when needed. He didn't even ask for money. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I had an electrical outage. My Internet, fridge, and all appliances were out. I called for the emergency call out service and the electrician offered to help me. I sent him a photo of my mains and he was able to walk me through the issue over the phone. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Myself and my boyfriend visited the Cotswolds for a midweek trip and stumbled across “the den”. We were greeted with two friendly employees who made our visit to the shop a great experience. So much so we visited the following day! The food was amazing and we couldn’t stop thinking about it the next day, therefore we returned. Although we didn’t have any of the cakes, they looked amazing and the food selection is massive and caters to everyone. If in bourton on the water, I would definitely recommend a trip here!

Loved my visit to The Den last Saturday. The food was delicious, with good portion sizes, and the menu had so many great options to choose from. The brownies were incredible—honestly some of the best I’ve ever had! The staff were super polite and welcoming—made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back!

On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My overall experience so far at Alaska house has been very good, everyone at the practice is so welcoming.
