Tom, the supervisor at Prolux, did a superb job steam carpet cleaning my staircase and corridor. It is an old delicate wool carpet so he used gentle pressure and cleaned it perfectly. I will only ask for Tom in future. I have used him twice, today and 3 years ago so I know he is excellent, skilled, reliable and an expert. He knows his carpets and how to tailor steam cleaning for each carpet. The price was £80 which is the minimum call out charge and payment is made in cash.

Excellent Service! amazing job—my carpets look fresh, clean, and like new again! He was professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. Stains I thought were permanent have gone .I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a deep carpet clean. Will definitely be using him again!
