We just finished an renovation, redoing a whole house from top to bottom. The house was beyond dirty. Top Notch were recommended to me by our architect. And what a fantastic recommendation. 3 super professional and friendly guys showed up and worked none stop for 6+ hours. They did an exceptional job. Every little nook and cranny was done brilliantly. We have lots of drawers, built in wardrobes, shelves and high hanging lighting and beams. Everything was done really well. We also have lots of expensive fittings and we are overly sensitive about them. The team has lots of respect and care for all the items and were thoughtful about how to clean them gently. Tom, the supervisor at Prolux, did a superb job steam carpet cleaning my staircase and corridor. It is an old delicate wool carpet so he used gentle pressure and cleaned it perfectly. I will only ask for Tom in future. I have used him twice, today and 3 years ago so I know he is excellent, skilled, reliable and an expert. He knows his carpets and how to tailor steam cleaning for each carpet. The price was £80 which is the minimum call out charge and payment is made in cash.

Having never used them before, I went off their great reviews and competitive quote and hoped for the best. It was a tight runaround between the exchange and completion dates so we were behind on getting absolutely everything out of the house before they arrived on site. The two ladies who arrived to clean did an incredible job - every room was left sparkling and as good as new. The original wooden floorboards in the master bedroom were brought back to their original glory. The carpets were deep cleaned brilliantly. The oven in particular was immaculate and sparkling and as good as new. I was so impressed that I asked if they could come to my new house and be our regular weekly cleaners but unfortunately they don’t offer such a service. I would recommend to anyone needing a deep clean of their home.
