Excellent customer service ! My mother had recently gone into a care home and I needed to get her house deep cleaned as quickly as possible after it had been cleared in order to then get it marketed and sold in quite a tight time period. Not only did Deanna respond to my initial e-mail enquiry within a couple of hours, she was also able to accommodate my date requests for both the quote and cleaning as I live a long distance away from the house. From my initial enquiry through to the completed job, Deanna was a delight to work with. She was prompt in her communications, sensitive to the situation and undertook the cleaning exactly as discussed and agreed. I highly recommend Deanna and her team and would definitely employ them again if / when the need arises.

Highly delighted with the job Deanna and her team did on my uncles house. I am 170 miles away but they were trustworthy and reliable to come and go using the keysafe and sent pictures when complete. Went the extra mile getting rid of damp/mould in the kitchen where the washing machine had been. Highly recommend.
