Absolutely delighted with the way our carpets have turned out . I call JCU cleaning and from the initial call to carrying out the work they were very professional, completed the work when they said they would and kept informed all the time. The office smelt so fresh and clean this morning when we walked in and we even had a bottle of spot stain remover as a gift just in case we had future stain’s to remove. 100% happy well done thank you .

We had a relatively new carpet which had been thwarted by children and a pack of cocker spaniels. With the carpet being pale, the discoloration was showing up really clearly. We'd tried to hire a carpet cleaner and used some recommended cleaning products, but hardly made a dent. We thought we were stuck with these carpets in this state forever. After a mysterious new stain landed on the office floor, it was time to bring in a professional. From first contact JCU Cleaning was a pleasure to work with. The guy in the office was really friendly and helpful, and the two lads who carried out the job were really easy, flexible and understanding. What's more, the stains we thought would never leave were completely gone, and the carpet looked as good as the day it was laid. I have to add, the guys were really friendly and personable and even were able to see themselves out and drop the keys in the letterbox as we snuck out for the afternoon. The total job was about £400, which covered one material sofa, stairs, landing and two bedrooms. We also took a protective treatment on the sofa. Think market value is about £120/hour, which came in a little cheaper with a really good outcome. We're so pleased with the work, we'll certainly be looking to get these guys in at least once a year. Highly recommended.

WOW 🤩 super impressed with JCU today. Andy & Lewis came out this afternoon and done a brilliant job on cleaning my sofa. I only telephones this morning and they guys were here in a few hours. Absolutely love the difference the cleaning made. Sofa looks brand new. They even cleaned my rug and doormat too. Seriously cannot fault this company whatsoever and would highly recommend. I certainly know who I’ll be calling if I need these types of services again. Thanks guys, you’re amazing!!.
