Excellent customer service from start to finish. Carpet stain removed to a very high standard. Highly recommend this company. The staff were polite and friendly. If an unfortunate accident happens again, I will have no hesitation in contacting Service Master first, rather than trying to tackle the problem myself and make the stain worse! Thank you.

Dan arrived on time and was quickly busy. He was very cheerful, helpful and thorough keeping me informed of his progress. He was aware how noisy the machine is and kindly shut doors. I was aware that all the old stains would not come out but he improved them and everything looks much better. He was careful to put protective squares under every table and chair leg. A neighbour had recommended our company and I am grateful that she did. Thank you Dan very much.
