Lorenzo provided an exceptional dining experience that deserves nothing short of a 5-star review. Four of us traveled from Warwickshire to meet up with two friends to celebrate a friend's retirement, from the moment we stepped into the restaurant on that winter night, we were greeted with a warmth that extended beyond the cozy atmosphere. Heating was beautiful on really cold night. The seating, notably accommodating for someone with hidden disability problems like myself, was extremely comfortable. Now, let's talk about the food – a culinary journey that began with a mushroom starter bursting with flavors. All six of us unanimously rated each dish, from the starters to the mussels and the main course featuring chicken, prawns, and tuna, with a resounding 5 stars. This wasn't your typical mass-produced pub food; it was a symphony of homemade flavors. Even when faced with the disappointment of a finished crème brûlée on the dessert board, the exceptional service kicked in. The waiter not only informed us promptly but also offered to have it made from scratch, despite the 30-minute wait. This level of dedication left us utterly shocked and grateful. The overall experience, from the delectable food to the outstanding service, exceeded our expectations. It was our first-ever visit, and without a doubt, we will be returning on our next visit to friends in the area. Really great! We came for my Mum's birthday lunch and weren't disappointed. Food was excellent, nice ambience, great service. Plenty of choices for the 2 vegetarians in our group. Desserts were also really very good.

We had our first visit this week (I took my daughter) she was so nervous after a previous dentist wasn’t very patient and we were so impressed from the moment we walked in. They all put my daughter at ease, from the beaming smile welcoming us at the reception desk to the calm, kind and friendly atmosphere with the dentist and the dental nurse before and whilst doing work with my daughter. The practice was exceptionally clean and light. It didn’t feel like a dentist waiting room at all. Will be returning with confidence. Highly recommend!

Zara and her team are amazing. Having had terrible experiences with dentists in the past. She is by far the best dentist I have been to. Zara always puts me at ease and explains all her treatments with a calm approach. She is also very gentle when having any procedures: I highly recommend this practice.

Our family have been coming to this dental practice for years and can recommend their services highly. Dr Zahra is extremely professional, friendly and informative . My two young sons love the practice and look forward to their check ups, we always have a wonderful experience and receive outstanding service. Great service, I have been going here for some years and always been very well looked after. I broke a tooth recently and was fitted in as an emergency very quickly. Treatment options were clearly explained and after selecting the option I preferred the treatment was given there and then. Very grateful to Gavin and his team!

Excellent from start to finish. The quoting phase was very thorough with the gaffer Andrew taking plenty of time to ensure the job was quoted exactly how I wanted. On the day the automated text was excellent to keep me updated on when the electricians would arrive. Both of which, Morgan and Mitch, did an excellent job, professional, friendly and left the job clean & tidy. It sounds like what you should expect as standard, but these days it seems quite rare! Very happy overall and highly recommended.

I have been let down or not had calls returned by so many tradesmen over recent years, it’s like they just can’t be bothered with smaller jobs even though they still charge loads. This morning I realised my 30amp fuse was tripping meaning no dishwasher or washing machine and power to outbuilding. I found this company and called, Sam was with me within an hour, not only did he solve that issue, he also fixed a kitchen socket after running several tests and a bedroom light, he is truly professional and knowledgeable and also really polite and easy going. I will definitely be using him going forward and can’t recommend him enough, today could have been a nightmare but ended up being very successful and stress free, thank you very much Sam.

Samar provided an excellent service from the initial enquiry, the question and quote stage, and on the day of installation. Samar remained on site from installing the EV charger right through to ensuring it was recognised by the HIVE app. He didn’t leave the site until the charger was useable which involved contacting HIVE multiple times and logging into the laptop to manage the options and set up. Samar also made a very neat job of both the inside electrics as well as on the exterior, avoiding any visible wires. This was much appreciated as this would have shown on the white render. All paperwork and certificates followed through on the same day. I couldn’t recommend Samar more highly.

We have previously used his professional services for repairs and additions to our existing lighting. He has just completed our external garden lighting project with outstanding results. Dominic had some really good practical and cost-effective suggestions to achieve the results we wanted including flexibility to alter and add garden lighting in the future. I can't recommend Dominic enough! Completed a full rewire of our 4 bed house within a week (as he estimated) and as quoted, providing all certification promptly. Incredibly helpful answering all my questions beforehand and during, and updated me after each day how he'd got on. Came back after we'd plasterered and decorated (much later than planned) to fit decorative sockets, switches and pendants, all under the original scope. If all tradespeople were like Dominic, renovating houses would be so straightforward! Would recommend him to anyone seeking a helpful and competent electrician.

Went in for a tooth extraction following a referral from my own dentist after a failed extraction. Staff were very friendly and Anas Nashawi and his nurse gave me continuous information during the procedure, putting my mind at ease throughout. Very clear instructions following the procedure as to home care and following up if any issues arise.

I was referred to Bupa Dental Care for the extraction of my two lower impacted wisdom teeth. To say I was nervous, is an understatement. However, Dr Anas Nashawi was very patient and reassuring - explained the procedure and I went ahead, even returning for the 2nd wisdom tooth removal which is a testament to how well I was looked after during the first procedure. The nurses I had during my two visits were brilliant, reassuring and talked me through as the procedure was carried out. Recovery was uncomfortable, to be expected - I found the after care information very helpful. I can't thank the staff enough for their patience, reassurance & professionalism.

I was referred here for a wisdom tooth extraction which I expected to be tricky to remove. My dental surgeon and nurse were both very professional and able to keep me calm and explained the whole procedure thoroughly. Was referred here to have a tooth taken out. From start to finish, they have been fantastic. I arrived this morning for my appointment, feeling nervous as always at the dentist.
