JLM have been to my property 4 times. Twice for emergency plumbing to stop a leak from the outhouse. Twice to service the boiler.
Every time arrival times and expectations were set in advance and kept to. In the two emergencies they went above and beyond to be helpful and efficient.
The two boiler services (thankfully for me) went without a hitch. I have every confidence that had there been issues they’d have been fixed.

After being quoted a very high price by another company and not feeling entirely happy with their attitude towards my elderly parents I contacted JLM, nothing was too much trouble, excellent advice and transparency, a clear outline of costs and honestly with the whole service. John visited my parents home took his time to explain each part of what needed doing and Rachel kept me updated via phone the whole time, I trust JLM as a family run local business who really care about their customers. Highly recommended.
