I contacted Simon at Cambridge Property Doctor for help with fixing a number of internal doors that wouldn’t fit properly. Simon arrived on time, was polite and cleaned up after himself. He also did a fantastic job of sorting out the internal doors which now all close without scraping the floor. I am really impressed with Simon’s work and I thought he did a great job. Simon fixed cabinets to walls, cleared gutters, deweeded and most importantly repaired my outdoor clothes drying shelter. That piece of work was in a tight space, with pre-existing structures to deal with and he needed to be able to deal with something he had not planned for or done before. Absolutely great thinker on his feet who did an amazing job. Very professional and great to talk to. I'm going to call on him every year for general repairs.

Simon was fantastic- don’t hesitate, just book. We had a snagging list of jobs that had accumulated over the years including re-sealing the bath, dealing with a couple broken of door handles / locks. Simon sorted them all within half a day. He was easy to contact, responsive and prompt, and did a professional, neat job. Lovely guy as well.

Simon kindly fitted floating shelves, new blinds and guitar mounts for me into brick walls and plasterboard. Very professional and fast. Even spent some time discussing best positioning and layout, ended up giving a great suggestion for the guitar positioning. Looks great! Very pleased and will use again
