John responded quickly and turned up when he said he was going to to take a look at the problem and quickly provided a very comprehensive quote for the job. John had been realistic about his availability in carrying out the job (around 4-5weeks later) and stuck to his word. John did an excellent job on replacing my shower, shower tray, wall boards, glass screens, bath and basin taps and plugs. John also managed to replace the flooring during the job due to unexpected extensive damage from the leak. John takes great pride in his work ensuring that it was done to a high standard, allowing appropriate drying time between stages. He will only install trusted bathroom products to ensure no problems down the line. He was polite, efficient and keeps things tidy. John is very professional and reliable - which is difficult to find these days. I am very happy with the finished product, would recommend his services and will definitely use again for future plumbing jobs.

John recently renovated our bedroom en-suite. It involved replacing the tiling, shower, toilet and installing a new sink/cabinet unit and a new towel rail. He also encountered some unexpected issues relating to the floor and wall condition. He is an outstanding tradesman and did a high quality job in all aspects.
