Just wanted to say a big thank you to this company for unblocking our outside drain yesterday 6th October,.They came to us within 45 minutes, and resolved the issue very quickly, we were so relieved, they were very professional, their contact number is now on our notice board as we wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again. That you for coming to our rescue, it was much appreciated.

The team from drainage that works attended my property for a blocked drain and was very efficient and cleared it very quickly. They also recommended we got a camera survey with them, they were so time efficient. From their apprentice all the way to their office staff were all so polite and professional, thank you drainage that works!

I just want to give a massive shout-out to Alfie and the team at Drainage That Works for saving the day at our workshop recently. After a big downpour, we found ourselves with a serious problem, our main entrance to the estate was completely flooded. For a business like ours, that’s a big issue.
Being mechanics, we thought, “How hard can it be?” So, we grabbed our tools and gave it a go. Safe to say, we didn’t get very far! That’s when we decided it was time to call in the professionals, and I’m so glad we did.
Alfie’s team were brilliant from start to finish. They turned up within 24 hours, right when they said they would, no messing about. From the moment they arrived, you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They got stuck straight into the job, working with precision and care. Before we knew it, the drain was unblocked, the water was gone, and the entrance was back to normal, all within the space of an hour.
They didn’t just stop at getting the job done. They also provided before-and-after photos to show exactly what had been sorted. It’s that kind of attention to detail that really stood out to me.
And the icing on the cake? The cost was VERY reasonable. For the quality of service they provided, it was worth every penny.
