Was having an issue with our lock. Messaged Ben and he was out all fixed within a couple of hours. Excellent service and great value.
After struggling for two years with poorly fitted door, Ben (lovely person) fixed our door. Previously I could not lift the doorknob to lock the door, now it goes smoothly and I can close the door quietly. Highly recommend!

Ben replaced a worn lock & sticking mechanism at a property I rent out. He responded promptly, rang me to explain the problem (as I'm not local), sent me photos & sorted it all out to the satisfaction of my tenant. The cost was very reasonable and I'll use him again when needed.
