Made a call tonight as after using my sliding doors today , could not get them closed and locked. I could believe how helpful Brian was he tried to FaceTime me to try help but then realised he needed to come out. He was here within 45 mins!! Fixed the door and was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!
Fantastic, speedy service from Brian. I called him regarding a snapped key stuck in an external door lock on a Sunday afternoon. My call was picked up straight away and he arrived at my house promptly. A new lock was fitted and he even sorted out a faulty window hinge at no extra cost, with useful advice given. Brian's contact details are now saved in my phone, and I wouldn't hesitate to call on his services again if needed. Polite, friendly and very helpful. I would happily recommend Brian.
I’ve used Brian on numerous occasions now and not only is he a really nice guy! He gives you honest sound professional advice and does his utmost to get the job done immediately for you. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Enquired for additional key cutting however Brian advised my current locks didn't meet fire regulations (being a commercial building) and also could easily be snapped. Promptly replaced with anti snap locks and new internal twist locks. Great service from Brian, highly recommended.
